Yeah I mean I don’t mind it personally if this rule was for all nations where it was treated as primary then sub nations be treated secondary if trialed stuff can’t fill any gaps. That works better for me as trialed tech is still part of the history of the main nation unlike subs nations.
I mind trialed vehicles as they never the part of the nation in question and it’s history.
At this point just give everything to everyone.

I know that, don’t like it myself tbh. My stance on this problem is that the ONLY countries that should recieve vehicles that never been constructed are the minor ones that have big gaps/nothing to add without it. Same for tanks, same for boats, same for planes
Because they wouldn’t have much to add if they had strict rules like with tanks and planes ?
