HESH Nerf - this happened before the old forum was shut down and the old bug report system was updated. The
The 106mm HEP performance data was what Gaijin said they used to nerf all HESH rounds. A bug report on the Russian WT forum showed that 106mm HEP was capable of spalling armour 1.43x it’s own caliber until meeting angles of 60° - where it could only spall 1.13x it’s own caliber. So the 106mm has historically accurate HEP performance in-game.
However, they didn’t give other HESH shells the same performance as the 106mm HEP, for other guns they left the old values for angles up to 60° and then decreased the multiplier (even lower than 1.13x) at angles of 60° and over which explains the differing performance of shells like the 105mm compared to the 106mm.
AFAIK the British 105mm HESH shells have the wrong amount of explosive filler and their TNT equivalence isn’t even listed like the other guns.
The Conqueror’s 120mm HESH is supposed to be able to spall 120mm at 0° and 163mm at 60° ( Source ) which means a multiplier of about 1.36x for 60° so if the 165mm shell has a similar design the penetration could be 165mm at 0° and 224mm at 60° but then again it has a hell of a lot more explosive power than a 120mm.
CROMWELL - * Missing internal armor plates: The Cromwell was missing a historical 12.7mm internal armor plate on the turret, which would have increased its effective frontal turret thickness.
A specific issue was also reported on the Gaijin forums regarding the missing 12.7mm inner plating on the turret ring area. Looking for linky - again old forum, old bug system.

If he provides a source , to reinforce / back up his claim that thus proves it is real. EDIT, wether the claim is Russian bias, or how many pieces of bread he can hold in one hand. It is irrelevant, if he cites sources that are credible as proof then that is proof.

How many such cases did happen over the years? 1000s. Let’s say there were a total of 1000 (very likely a huge underestimate, but for sake of easiness assume 1000).
You provided a total of 10+10=20 examples. That is literally 2% of all the cases. It is nothing more than a combination of cherrypicking and confirmation bias.
Your case would stand on a stronger leg (or rather, it would stand at all because at the moment it does not) if you would compile a list like that for every single bug, bug report and whatnot, and the results would show something favouring russia.
At that case you still have to provide a logical argument that rules out every other explanations to prove that there is russian bias.
