Russia top tier tanks are miserable and there is no way to fix that

They have class, and dying with class on the battlefield is priceless my friend

It already has the historical reload rate, as due to limitations with the T-80s autoloaders design you can’t place two APFSDS shells next to each other as they quite frankly don’t fit. Yes, it takes 6 seconds to reload the shell next over, but if you want a shell of the same type as you just shot then you need to shift 2 spaces in the autoloader where the closest shell of the same type is placed, which is where the 6.5 second figure comes from. Same reason why the T-72 has a 7.1 second reload even though it can reload faster, Gaijin takes into account that you need to shift spaces in the autoloader to find a new shell and adds that factor to the theoretical reload rate.

This is an inherent flaw of the design of carousel-style autoloaders, unlike western-style revolver or casette autoloaders which trade ammo capacity for quicker reload rates, not Gaijin artificially nerfing russian reload rates.

Make players able to customize ammo layout like its a plane lodaut

Then let NATO manual loaders use their optimal reload rates of 3-4 seconds, lol. The survivability of the T-series tanks already outway the advantages of most NATO tanks in the game.

Note that abrams aren’t surviving anything after traverse control update, one shot at anywhere far away from turret ring can damage hydraulics (bottle or THAT connection line which does not happen on leos) and even all the way down to engine

Both are laughably easy to pen as well. Not so for t series, you do still have to aim.

Because it’s true?

Sums it up perfectly.

I can’t tell if you guys are serious or joking. Getting side shot is a niche scenario? What?

btw you got sources on the loading APFSDS next to eachother part? I don’t doubt you, I just want to read up on it myself.

Considering their inclination to violently explode is not portrayed in the game and their main weakness doesn’t exist… whilst NATO tanks get arbitrary safety features added to them to handicap their performance, like the Leopard 2 bullshit, or the deployment of launchers on Bradley’s and such whilst every ATGM vehicle has firing blocked when moving above 3km/h and then have the most absurd missile flight characteristics… whilst Russia can fire all their missiles on the move in a clean path…

Pass up on adding the Tor to Russia so they can justify the Pantsir so they get to dominate the skies.

Implement stabilizers in a way that override turret rotation speed to negate another one of their weakness.

Make all maps tiny and flat which means depression also barely matters.

seems Gaijin is desperately trying to fix it.

The T-80BVM manual part 1 on page 75, though I can’t post it here for obvious reasons so a nerf to only having 14 APFSDS shells in the ready rack will probably not happen. It should be quite easy to find through a quick google search though. The document has the designation of 23Т01.00.000РЭ if that helps.

There is a difference between armor and survivability. Armor stops you from being penetrated, and survivability keeps you alive if penetrated. It is a fact that Russian tanks have poor survivability, ie if penetrated they are likely to die. Only 3 crew and a massive ammo rack surrounding them, as well as an autoloader module that can be shot out.

Israel’s at least as easy to play as the BVM:

@dotSHINI
7.1 seconds isn’t the longest reload of top MBTs? I’d like to see proof.

I’d take Type 99A over T-90M. Of course I take both over BVM. Type 99A is the most mobile of the three.

And you give up good turret armor for that mobility.

What survivability? T-90M, Soviet’s only survivable tank competitive with other top tanks, is 7.1 seconds.
To drop your reload to 6.5 seconds you need to use the bit more mobile Leopard 2A4-turret armor T-80BVM.
5.3 seconds is fast enough.

yeah I dont feel any kind of remorse for russia, they are still by far one of the best top tier nation and dont need any buffs, they have the best top tier light tank (2s38) the best SPAA and one of the best MBTs in the game only being beaten out by the 2A7s, they do not need any form of buffing

How is it better than the HSTVL? Plus, it is a premium, so it shouldn’t be heavily. taken into consideration when talking about how good a nation is.

It really comes down to what you prefer in a tank. Some players would rate the abrams higher, and some the Type 10s.

It can still be dodged from what I’ve heard. The only issue is that all other nations lack an SPAA more capable than the Pantsir.

I agree, german tanks are so miserable too, their armor is so bad, and their guns are inferior to russian counterparts, I demand gaijin nerf america!

Anyone with some sort of skill can still effectively play them though. Plus, ERA and the hitbox being broken results in often times higher suvivability compared to NATO tanks.

FFS. Highest win rate out of all the nations.

Hah Finally Sweden win-rates drop to 56 percent thanks to those Americans deadweight and their clickbait horde and other poor souls that team up with them.

Say that when side shots on T-90M detonate the ammo or spall
