Yes, a frequent occurrence on Sinai; don’t recall getting it on other maps, but almost ‘standard’ for Sinai.
I’m not sure if it’s the same thing but I do tend to experience rubberbanding-like behaviour on heavily forested maps like winter stalingrad.
