Repetitive maps in Top Tier

Is there a reason that we have repetitive maps in TT? It seems its always Golan-Spain-Sinai, mix and repeat, with the rest sprinkled in very sparsely in there, and what makes it worse is that at this level, maps do matter in air and these 3 are very flat and offer little cover (Spain being the “best” in this sense but so small that whole teams smash into eachother very quickly).

As a result the battles are not only short but also favor fox3 capable planes, over things like mig29 or f16a (not bc of BVR either, thats easy enough to dodge but due to low amounts of cover, which allow other BVR and medium range capable fighters to get a launch advantage) and in general i find fights on Pyrenees, Valley, city maps, Karelia or even Vietnam much better with more flanking space and more routes to play strategically instead of just smashing into red and everyone dying within minutes.

Anyone have an idea why this is this way? The server gets stuck on one of these 3 and repeats ad nauseam, and banning one (i thought its like a playlist thing so tried banning all 3 at different times) doesnt change anything.

ive got 0 clue why that is but i get golan like 70% of my matches. at 11.7+ that is.
it goes so far that sometimes i play golan for 10 games straight.

same goes for kamchatka when i get it i always get it multiple times in a row.

at times it feels like the server just puts me on the same map like its a schedule. pretty wierd

and i highly doubt 70% of players have golan as their favourite.

I don’t know how many casual gamers are playing WT, but especially for them it is a nightmare with this matchmaker. It seems to be gaijin has no interest in them.

It’s common to get 10 or more times full uptiers with only 2 maps.

This game has so much more to offer…

I too doubt that masses of people liked golan or these flat pointless maps.

Though what it could be is BR range, but then remembered i had Pyrenees from like 8.0 up so it cant be that.

At this point im pretty sure its a bug that noone cares enough to fix

Well not to junx it but does it seem to you guys this is actually fixed?
