No this is a there is playable content within the game that isn’t available to everyone because they joined the community later, that maintains it’s worth in staying up to date and better at their br, that yes does receives buff and dodges nerfs, but we have to verse it, despite there being plenty for veterans to have lock away just for them topic.

I personally have been playing the game since 2014 and I don’t have any of the removed german vehicles but you don’t see me complaining.
That’s the way. My account was made in 2012. I have KT 10.5, Flakpanzer, Panther 2, but there’s a bunch of event and removed vehicles I’ve missed out on. I don’t cry about it, either. Heck, I had to skip the IS-7 event because of university. You just appreciate the vehicles you do have.

As you show me some respect, i will also answer with showing respect. As i stated earlier:
I was amongst those who treated gaijin badly for that desicion and demanded it to be cancelled. Im not the one who wants equally great treatment of the entire playerbase, i would be happy to see helicopter mains game made unenjoyable, but as for the ground vehicles - im all in for the uniques and prototypes filling the gaps.
That being said, i do believe that if something was proposed and advertised as “limited time only”, it should stay that way as it would be disrespectful to people who spent their time and money on it because it was limited time only. Its their distinction mark and a medal, it should be treated respectfully. Regardless if it was a PFP (like that with chad tankers which were paid only), or the machinery.
Then again, i dont believe it would remotely be a problem if those machines became tech tree again. I`d say more, i will be the one most happy because of it. As it would make matches less filled with copypaste slop.
But your reasoning for it is not what i believe in. Your reasoning shows only a greed about that machinery, which wouldnt be such a problem if wasnt unique AND pretty useful. Its not a call for rare Dewoitine D521 of Britain , nor for the bombers (SB-2, Sm79s) from Germany or USSR which were removed same way. And its definetly not for the “greater good” of the players that would be after you.
So that removing part where HR classic “we are family” leads you to work more for less money (e.g. work on events while others dont and still get the machinery) and thinking of it as “im a part of community i should give”, now we can be egoistic and talk about that i as a player should not be responsible for other people’s kicks and needs.
I earn nothing by helping those new players obtain things i worked hard to get, or just decided to get. I wasnt promised that they would stay the same after removal (and they didnt, they got uptiered) when i got them, but i was promised that the efforts i made to get them would be compensated as they would become uniques. Never players werent promised to get those machines, therefore there are no legal argument about if they should be able to get it.
There is only ethical one that suggests me surrendering rights to uniqueness to benefit the community. Should i? Its not for you to decide until we live in Britain. And not for any other than those who worked at the events to get this stuff. And its no way the “its for the kids” argument would make me. It just shows another time the hypocrisy of one.
And as i said earlier, i would gladly meet those techs being brought back to the research tree. But not any other way, as it would disrespect me as a player.

With respect I say to that. People did events for other things, if not the spent money on the market. But every once in a while, it comes out with a possibility to get it in a SL box? Let’s just say the Object 279 people either did the event, idk if this was there at the time but GE’d the task or bought it off the market. But came to the game with a low possiblity in the SL box? I’m generally of the opinion that they should be removed entirely for everyone, or they should be available for everyone; and that’s not to say they should have to then be available as TT vehicles, they could be part of a rolling annual event like the Maus, or a “Dreams Come True” type of event (could call it ‘Dreams Come Two’), or be a reward for (e.g.,) 5 years of playing the game no matter when you started. At least with premiums and marketplace vehicles everyone has equal access to the vehicles in theory.

As people who grinded that had a chance to sell it, i find it acceptable that others can get those for money. Tho same cant be said about earlier event vehicles from times when Market wasnt an option, and im not really sure if its okay that you can get that from lootboxes.

All with respect, like I said I’m all for the veteran players having specials just for them. But why lock away the playable content? Even if I did play 2014 through now and have everything on my account possible. I would still want the community to be able to have the vehicles to. I always let my friends know there is an event going on, or these SL boxes are happening, or an update is about to take place. Etc. Because I want all of us within the community to have the fun for clearly the passion we have for the game, and the idea. And for whatever the vehicle may be my interest or not.

That being said, that only is option for an event vehicles suitable for sale on market. Those excluded from the tech tree still stand out, and i believe the only way to get them to new players that is fair for veterans is to include them back to tech tree

279 was a build a bear event. Made today’s events look like child’s play, lol. You’d have been better off buying it when it first dropped. I ground it out and built it, though.

That is truly disappointing I don’t understand it. As a player, I’d love nothing more but for all of us to have what we want. But thank you this has been eating me alive. But I finally have an answer. </3

uuugh, i feel stomach pain when i remember them lego events. Tho i dont think it was much harder than today’s type of event if we count the “coupon”.

I put the work in to get it but i will never know how far off i was 50% 80%? no idea, atleast with current events i can give you a half day estimate
It was also way more rng
if we are to believe this source (which while a secondary source is a rather reliable one), the prototype was completed in jan 1945 so finding pictures is unlikely

Yeah, I just keep all event vehicles so I didn’t even think about coupon. I just remember them making it really hard to build all vehicles in the event, like you’d have enough parts to get the minor award and the major, but then you’d be short on multiple majors.
As for OP, don’t get me wrong about Flakpanzer, KT 10.5, Panther 2. As someone who has played over 900 games of German 7.0 since September, I’d love to have those vehicles in more hands on my team. It’s just not happening, though. Best you can do is get the chance of the Maus once a year.
