Well then the Game should make an Hardware check and if your Hardware can handle above ULQ you won’t get to play on ULQ.

Hardware checking is the only solution for ULQ.

You’re talking a lot about the average salary, but how about the average rent? Bills? Groceries? Possible medical bills and insurances? People have a lot of things they have to pay for before they can even think of investing in a new computer regardless of whether it’s high end or not.

Funny of you to say that, that still doesn’t explain you reading things into my posts and you suddenly bringing up CAS / Tank only people for whatever reason.
Oh, I can see it now, when War Thunder detects that I can play without ULQ,but it doesn’t take into account that I have a 32-inch monitor with 2k resolution,and my gtx 1060 ti and i5-7xxx can barely handle ULQ and without ULQ it would be impossible to play at 2k,and with the resolution you can’t go lower than 2k because 1080p on 32 inches is Drama,and I doubt that gaijin would do such advanced hardware detection that it would check the monitor and resolution,so I will thank you for playing in 1080p or 2k at 25fps because someone cried on the forum, I already suffer from ULQ enough.

That sounds more like some self-imposed problem and having not informed yourself prior to how well your Monitor/GPU work with each other and the Games you play.

Just saying the 1060ti does not exist, there is only 1060 3gb and 1060 6gb. I suspect you have the i5-7500. War thunder would have the ability to see your running resolution from your ingame settings - Finding the windows running resolution would also not be difficult. I think we both support ULQ only for machines that can’t run without it, it would suck to run 30fps on ulq and go against someone who has 300fps on ulq. You should be allowed to have ULQ if your performance without ULQ impairs gameplay. 30fps can be considered impaired.
ULQ has some bugs. I get more stable FPS if I dont use ULQ. If I use ULQ it starts to stutter or freeze. I get about stable 45+ FPS on Low setting and unstable 60+ FPS on ULQ.
If you pay 300 euros to everyone whose computer now only allows ultra low, it will be a good suggestion.
