I live in Iran and I use a 2012? (lenovo G510) laptop, I use it for university, I do CAD and I watch movies in it. there are more than 10 pixels dead on my screen but who is changing a laptop when your salary for a month is less than 300$ ?

I was doing 20fps on low with a HD630. I have a friend whos playing at 20-30fps at ULQ, so whatever you are claiming is misinformation, obviously.

So every Game coming out now has to cater to peoples Hardware from underdeveloped Countries?
And the vast majority of every other Gamer has to suffer with worse graphics, waste of development ressources and people abusing such features as ULQ? Because maybe 0,01% of the total amount of the Playerbase is coming from Countries (where i am pretty sure the Game is illegal anyway) where the average Computer is not as potent as like a…200-300€ PC?
Theres poor people in every country. There are students and others who can’t afford good hardware. My friend with trash pc was from the US. I’m Finnish and i had a shitty pc too.

‘There isn’t a single’ was a bit off an hyperbole. Howevere there is an average - Steam also shows the average Hardware of its Users which i think is pretty accurate and the most common GPU already is an RTX 3060 and already several years ago it was a GTX 1060 - both more than capable of running the Game on max.
Good Hardware isn’t even needed. A GTX 1060 is bad Hardware. Even a Nvidia 750 can run the Game or a 450, this isn’t expensive Hardware. Thats Stuff you get for less than 300€ + whole Computer to it.

Yeah many people can’t afford that. Thankfully gaijin exists to make the game compatible for everyone and you can’t stop that.
