Atm we have large areas where one simply has to drop one’s bombs onto to do damage and kill a base. The area where damage counts is also quite a bit larger than the actual visual representation of the target (the buildings/grounds/camps).
This may have been fine at the beginning of WT and for earlier warfare (WW1 to, say, Korea), where carpet bombing area targets may have been the way to wage war.
The more advanced tech got in WT, the less sense this makes: CCIP and CCRP allow precise dropping even of unguided bombs, and using guided bombs on those area target bases makes even less sense, because the precision and accuracy of those weapons doesn’t matter in the slightest.
So I’d rather have them create new mission targets consisting of multiple individual targets (buildings, bunkers, vehicles, …) that need to be taken out individually instead of a HP style large area mission target.
Oh, and different individual targets of course would need different weapons. Good luck taking out a HAS (hardened aircraft shelter) with napalm, but then napalm may work very well against logistics areas with multiple vehicles, etc.

With different sections giving different types of points. Aka ->Bomb the fueling district=results are more AI planes will be seen stationary, or possibility of the rear gunner on some crafts to be used as a makeshift AA of course to very little effect. I’d much rather bombing be based off skill than just spacebar tapping as it is now. Like you would have to send a GBU down a vent shaft or something at the higher BRs, or perform deep strike missions against enemy SAMs, considering you can now dodge SAMs in the test flight i think it would be nice for that to be accessible to players. I should make a suggestion on how to improve ARB as a game mode and make it much more refreshing.
