I don’t know how you have so much patience to deal with them. I wish we could put all of these “mhm, see green armor” in one room where they could play exactly the same tanks with same armor, mobility and firepower to please their twisted sense of game balance. But now when they play THE GAME they cry that their NATO fantasies didn’t translate within game and they can’t play point and click against russian tanks
Yet failed to show any footage of.
‘‘2.8 seconds’’
???
I’ve seen the relevant pages of both tank manuals and their quoted rds/min figures. They’re both plainly stated in the Tank Manuals.
I once again have no idea what you’re trying to say with ‘‘Isn’t public knowledge’’ or how that even relates to my comment.
Firstly: Are you implying the Leopard 2A6 is 40 years old and a product of the '80s?
Secondly: More ‘‘Trust me bro’’ -type argumentation.
Thirdly: Still not given me a reason why I should take the word of a random stranger on the internet over two primary sources.
Fourthly: Feel free to provide sources that prove the rate of fire has substantially increased.
Fifthly: We have '80s versions of Leopard 2’s in War Thunder, of course the tank manuals for those vehicles is fully applicable.
2a1 is over 40 years old. So if you want to believe nothing doctrinally has changed then you do you
What as of the 2a6 YOU can’t own. As they are all restricted.
What are classified/export restricted.
Them NATO fantasies of having armor modeled across the board and not just for major nations. To take pride in a tank which is heavily artificially buffed to be comparable to NATO’s is very patriotic. Them stupid пендосы dream just to point and click our impenetrable machines of war. All they want is easy mode, truly twisted sense of balance.

Cuz u know, only 100 people play this game, all those noobs who just want to play their favorite tanks can go suck it up. We be balancing for the top 2%. The most devious ragebait of the decade.
I never said I owned it, I said I’ve seen the relevant pages.
The Leopard 2A6 tank manual can be viewed in archives in the Netherlands, you’re just not allowed to distribute it’s contents or share photographs of the contents.
Tell me you don’t read people’s replies/arguments without telling me you don’t read people’s replies/arguments:

This 2A6EX guy looks like a kiddo larper that uses “b-b-but I work with tankers” as an argument when he gets backed up in the corner.
The Abrams did not get its experimental du hull armor it sorely needs because it wasn’t a production application according to Gaijin (though, apparently, it has been installed on more Abrams in the 1990s than APS has been installed on T-90Ms as of this year)
I can actually somewhat back up what they are saying, as I’ve spoken to them outside the forums on discord and they are knowledgeable past that of what a room temp iq child could figure out, can’t say much for the job credentials but it’s not entirely unlikely.
T-72B3A has straight up seen combat in you know where, and the T-90M Arena has been seen with markings running around the same place, if straight up peer combat is not something that counts for a tank to be in game then i don’t know what does.
We also got the patents showing the layout in 2023.
‘‘Sorely needs’’
I’m sorry, but that actually made me laugh out loud for a second. The US now has two of the best MBT’s in the game, and there’s still people claiming it ‘‘Sorely needs’’ DU hull armour.
Anyways, ignoring the ludicrousness of that claim for the moment, there’s a couple problems with the DU hull armour comment:
-
Those vehicles equipped with DU hulls were of the M1A1 (likely M1A1 HA) variety, those are a variant we don’t even have in War Thunder.
-
That also means it doesn’t benefit any of the top-tier M1’s in any way, none of those models are stated to have been equipped with DU hulls.
-
Gaijin did give M1’s some experimental stuff relatively recently with the Laser Warning and Rapid Obscuration System on the SEP v2, I don’t recall many vehicles being equipped with it IRL and I don’t recall it ever being officially adopted, yet the in-game SEP v2 has it anyways. (And it is pretty neat, even if slightly niche).
Production numbers don’t matter and never have, I once again see these silly double standards where these things only become a problem when it’s a Russian vehicle, but an American vehicle in the same situation is totally fine and/or goes unmentioned.
Were you complaining about limited production numbers and/or prototype status when the AGS dev blog came out? The XM246? HSTV-L? XM800T? EFV? T58?
Besides, as far as I’ve been informed the T-90M with Arena will enter some form of production and is very likely (if not already) taking part in active combat operations in the place that shall not be mentioned.
There are likely hundreds of vehicles in War Thunder that have significantly worse combat/production/operations records than this T-90M Arena does.

You are showing armor layout of apc/mbt hybrid which was built to withstand common threats in that region like rpg7 and be able to safely deliver some infantry. It was not made to shrug off modern apfsds. Because it wont face modern mbt in duel.
Merkava is already pretty solid, you are mostly just a mediocre player.
Lmao
Italy finest leopard 💀
We should normalize how Gaijin treat nations ass take
More than half is wild. That only happens to 20% of my shots against a T-series at most in my experience.

At this rate they should give M1 and Leopards to the Russian since we also don’t have any dokument on T-series armour…However, they made the effort to make “educated-guess-armour” instead of making their domestic tanks as bad as the Ariete
You would need to have more than educated guesses to give the Ariete top tier worthy armor, you would need a rich fantasy and a good supply of hard drugs.
The mental gymastics the average modern nato only player can go through is mind blowing
