Yeah I’m interested in that one because that should be added to the rest of M1s as a new standard.
They like their updates rushed, not like this is their first time. Just hope they’ll fix everything that was left behind.
Judging how many things have left behind during all those years I have doubts for certain vehicles.

Looks like M1A1 will explode in popularity this patch, especially until all other M1s are brought to the same protection levels.

Rushed update… who would have thought.
Also Gaijin can’t help themselfs but make TUSK even more useless lol. Before this the main reason a lot of people used it was to help against BMPTs, but now the sideskirts will do the same without the weight penalty.
Of course Gaijin will still pretend that it’s a useful package to equip.

Funny how TUSK went from niche to even more niche.
I’m glad turret ring and side skirts buffs alongside accuracy nerfs for loads of autocannons will do wonders for MBTs, as it should.

it also have an xray with the irl layout, which is more attention to detail than they put to every other m1 in this update

We’re noticing a lot of discrepancies in Gaijins implementation to the Abrams family
Side turret armor, volumetric armor, Aside skirt NERA
Is not applied on all Abrams
This is some rushed work on gaijins part

You’re using different ammo with different pen capabilities in those two screenshots (and also slightly different angles).
It doesnt really matter, also the m829A3 have the same angle modifiers as the m829A1, it only chages the performance against era

It seems that for the SEP V1 and SEP V2, equipping the M829A3 does not actually give you an M829A3. On the test drive it doesn’t seem to have any effectiveness against K5 so I assume it’s not only a nomenclature problem?
I noticed this problem on the dev server but I thought someone else would have caught it as well or that the devs were already aware.
Gonna write a report, might as well the job for them…
