And what exactly stops the other team from doing the objective if this scenario happens? go kill the AI
how would you kill the AI on some maps like Operation Uranus please tell me
Rewards should obviously be better in the PvE I suggested than what they would in air RB.
I mean I can get that, but a smart enemy team would just ignore you (that’s at least what I usually do) and shoot down you after shooting down all the fighters.
My view on “Airfield Camping”
You should be well within your rights to RTB, either for ammo or fuel or to repair
You should be well within your rights to not be immediately swarmed by the enemy team
But sitting within the protection of the AA for an extended period time at best prolonges the match, at worse, results in a loss due to score.
The simplest solution is either to have AA stop working past a certain time point (Say 10-15 minutes into a match? ) or below a certain score percentage (25% tickets left for either team). Or to have AA be disabled if someone remains in proximity to the AF too long (but you should be given enough time to reasonably land, idle for a moment, take-off and climb/gain speed. So would need to be a few minutes at a minimum, not including time actually on the ground rearming/repairing)
k/d is still lower regardless.
You Last month: 283 kills 271 deaths. ~1.05
Me last month: 520kills 343 deaths. ~1.5
Still let’s stop talking about stats
Google how to not piss it all away by midmatch
would be better than nothing, but giving few minutes would still allow it to be exploited (land, rearm, take off, wait a bit, land, rearm, take off wait a bit and repeat)
or… I can rearm while you seethe because the meanie AA (which is already nerfed to hell) doesn’t let you get a free kill
Which includes all vehicles including bombers which is what I played during the event, AKA not going to get player kills with them.
You brought up stats with this topic, and you want to stop talking about them cause your posts contain lies.
you are literally bending his words, talk about lying and gaslighting
Quote the part where I brought up stats… stop lying… or I better say stop trolling lol, because there’s no way you are real.
Many aircraft have limited ammo pools. From personal experience
Spitfires at low BR with only 7.7mms can burn through that ammo fast as you can need a fair amount to take down anything even slightly tanky (like an IL-2)
Spitfires with Hispanos have quite limited ammo and you can burn through that ammo after only a few kills.
Bombers may want to RTB for more bombs
Heck, you also have unique cases like the Sea-Vixen armed with ONLY 4x Red Tops Missiles. I easily RTB once or twice a match.
Beyond ammo, fuel and battle damage are also perfectly reasonable reasons to RTB.
to be fair to him I edited that particular comment because it was not clear at first, he might have quoted it before… still from all the other posts I did it is pretty clear I am against airfield camping lol
“Nerfed aa”
Lmao, does it not instakill fast enough to save you or something?
Another thread full of toxic fighter jockey wannabies
I’m just glad it’s good enough to make you seethe as someone rearms
they’re always present when someone mentions airfield AA or bombers being buffed
This are all valid reason to RTB… the problem is camping, no issue with someone going back the airfield to either J out or rearm and take off.
@HoluhovskyCZ
Your post is gaslighting the entire planet.
As your post accuses everyone in the world that isn’t you of being crazy, I will continue to do no such thing.
And as you can see, Giovanex is not my name. Just cause his post is bending the words of the person he replied to doesn’t make Giovanex me.
Keep defending airfield camping from those of us that criticize it.
All you do is prove everyone correct.
Right here, as you complain against SPAA that exists to prevent airfield camping.
Nah, I won’t stop criticizing airfield camping no matter how much you beg me.
Yet you attack the methods that exist to prevent airfield camping. Curious.
