j7D should continue in br 11.0, he was already a very consistent 11.0, lowering his br to 10.7 with 4x 30g missies and his flight performance is a war crime against the 10.7-9.7 planes.
Regarding the J35XS, it at 10.7 is very strong and consistent, but it at 11.0 is ok too, between it and the kafir canard, the kfir deserved to be at br 10.7 more than the j35XS.

If you want to make really relevant changes to BR, move Mirage 2000DR1 to 12.0 and RMV to 12.3
Kfir C2 for 11.3 along with the f5E FCU as they are very similar planes.
Kfir C7 for 11.7 (due to its incredibly painful stock grind and lack of a radar and radar missiles)
Tornado F3 late to 13.0 (if the F4F ICE and J37DI are 13.0 there is no reason for this plane to be 13.3)
F20 for the 12.3 alongside the mig 21 bison as they are similar planes in performance
F104 S and S TAF to 11.0
F104 S ASA to 11.7 or mayne 11.3

Only if the 11.0 F-104s move down too.

Idk why they would put a Mig-21Bis equivalent at 10.7, but here we are. RIP to all flareless 9.7+ planes.

Yeah, its a Bis, except the part were it is literally MiG-21MF created by china by reverse engineering, compare the engines and the airframe, you will see its not a Bis
