Playing Eurofighter and Rafale I noticed that on several occasions when I used ACM and HMD mode to hardlock very close enemies and I couldn’t fire radar missiles because the radar lock automatically changed to iris lock.
It happens much more often on the Eurofighter than on the Rafale.
I lost several kills because of this and I was killed several times because of this, because I couldn’t release my missiles because the lock had changed to irist.
I don’t know why they implemented this stupid mechanic, it doesn’t work and it really gets in the way of gameplay.
…Or remove this crap or at least leave the option to remove the lock exchange automatically.
Because this function is too much of a hindrance and it DOESN’T WORK…completely unnecessary.
