Is there any way to filter a thread so you cant see kitsune_qq messages? Seems so off topic and irrelevant but like 90% of the messages on the thread im confused.

There has been over a thousand messages and many of them being complaints about the current performance of the R-77 and the fact that Gaijin hasn’t announced anything about it is extremely ridiculous and disappointing.

I have all of UK aviation and have flown the SHarrier FA.2, even that with its inferior speed to the J-11A managed to achieve higher range than the R-77.

From what I’m gathering, the solution to this is to implement variable drag profiles based on speed, rather than a bandaid fix with a more modern missile. That’s more or less what all the ARH A2A missiles that are underperforming need, to be fixed rather than replaced.

There is no need for R-77-1, just slightly nerf AMRAAMs energy retention , significantly nerf uFo-16 and everything will be fine.

Su-27 needs better FM with less energy bleed in instantaneous turn, so it would actually be a one-circle fighter rather then a flying punchbag.
