Question about the ussr and its influence on other nations additions

So, From what I heard around these forums, the ussr really only has like 2ish top tier mbts left to add like the t90m (late) and maybe a handful of aircraft. (That aren’t one off side grade prototypes)

Is this going to kinda bottleneck the rest of the nations?
(using usa apfsds as an example cause its easy and I know that holding back armament is a way to balance but we have the br system specifically for that. Might even force em to increase the max br)

So more specifically, looking at apfsds rounds themselves the abrams are still using early versions of the m829 shells when the sepv2 could and mainly used a3 and a4.
Will we see the a3 When the v3 comes out or are we still going to be held back again because ussr already has their best round and basically no counter to against it with their era. Will we see the m1e3 at all or will it also be delayed for another 4 years till russia makes something better that’s in test trials?

This goes for every nation cause i know the Germans are still missing their top tier dm63/dm73 or the French with OFL 120 F1B/F1B+

Spoiler

Current title is a wip so if you wanna recommend one that’d be cool

to put it bluntly: yep.
End of story really lol.

Probably yes. Gaijin seems to be hellbent on having russian equipment in the top BR no matter if it deserves to be or not and then to create balance they artificially buff and nerf (or straight up make up stuff) depending on that.

No, new additions isn’t influencied by one nation but the entire game. If adding, as example, an APDS-FS projectile with ‘anti-ERA tip’ do you think that only USSR and China would be affected, the major users and operators of explosive reactive armor? Obviously not, this change will affect everyone and at a point armor won’t really matter if Gaijin either adds missing armor or more ways to sustain this type of weapon, this is the reason why later ammunition wasn’t added in the first place as I can understand. The matchmaking don’t consider if in real life one nation is ally or friendly to another to consider never matching it against each other.

Most probable escenario

It certainly wont be alone.

For example, Britain:

MBTs:

Challenger 3(P)
Actual Challenger 3 when it eventually enters service.
You could maybe squeeze one more Chally 2, but I dont think its worth it

Unless we start getting C&Ps from elsewhere, thats the end of that line. I dont think it changes that much for other nations.

Similar for air. We have lots to backfill, but as for top tier.

1-2 more Typhoons (1 expected this major coming)
F-35B
F-35C

and thats it until Tempest arrives.

We truly are reaching the end of the line for most TTs.

In this yes, USSR is screwed, everyone else has better shells, the USSR does not.

So unless they get a Sub-TT or paper weapons…
