Not even a sniping tank, its excellent firepower means you don’t really need to aim much and can therefore always get off the first shot, it’s good in any situation except for sitting in the open like a noob

Huh? Better fire power? There are 50% rate ricochett rate while hitting T-34 frontal armour you call this “better fire power”? If you say Chi-Nu II have better fire power how about T-34-57? Similar fire power and it br at 4.7. Stop using weak armour as you excuses, Pz4H just not a suitable tank a 3.7 br, it is extreme undertier with that gun

Not enough to warrant a 1.3 difference. Imo M4A1 76 should return to 4.7, and Pz.IV H should be a 4.0
Higher pen and almost triple of TNT can make it move faster or turn the turret faster is it?
The Chi-nu 2 have faster turret rotation than Panzer IVH.
16.5º vs 15º.
Again if you want suggest lower BRs for Japan tanks ok, but use the excuse of “undertired german tanks” is just stupid.

Don’t you understand the win ratio doesn’t equal to the strength of the vehicle? Bunch of noob playing that and lower the win ratio doesn’t mean that vehicle is bad! If this the cases, what next? Lower King Tiger to 5.7 because the win rate of German 6.7 br is the lowest?

Vehicle perform is the method used by Gaijin by determinate BRs, so sadly for you thats all.
I thought they used efficiency, which is based off of SL gain or something like that.
Still doesn’t change the fact that the Pz IV H should be 4.0.

Moving Chi-Nu II and those having similar lower isn’t the solution because this will cause the BR gap at 4.3-4.7, and German main like you should stop pretending Pz4H at 3.7 is logical, the fact is it not.
For my experience it not only work well at 4.7 but also at 5.0, it worked well with my VK and KV 1c
Dude I played Both Chi-nu and Chi-to and NEVER experimented any kind of issue.

Protect analysis work differently than happening in battle actually. That is the reason why it inaccurate a bit.
M4A2 vs Pz4H
The practise show the following:
-Angled M4A2 armor with addon track armor able to resist PZ4h shots from front side. just not stop like a lemming camper you need to move your tank from left to right with low speed when face against it.
-Gun manlet able to eat 75mm Pzgr39 also.
-if you noting to do just show your front and allow you enemy to aim you will be died.
The other reason why is M4A2 better than pz4h is the fast reloading speed, good M61 APHE round. If you drive Pz4h not matter if you moving your tank M61 shot pen his front turrent armor not matter the distance.
Hull track armor not save Pz4h from m61 shot in 500m
- 50mm armor +20mm track armor effective thickness 68mm againts specific ammo
T-34 vs Pz4h:
Pz4h able to kill T-34 but it depend on distance and when hull angle is optimal.That optimal angle is which you show in the image and deppend on T-34 variant. I belive you know why T-34 is better than Pz4h. The reason is the BR-350 md5 ammo and his sloped front armor.However have lower pen but it more HE fillter which knock out an enemy tank when it penetrated his armor. Moreover against this ammo the effective armor nothing mean it able to pen it.

same SU ammo is the BR-271. Max pen 145 but it able penetrate 152mm churchill VII front armor in close range…
Also a fact : M61 shot and BR-350A md 5 and MD-8 deal more postpone damage and penetrate armors in much lower angle slope where 75mm pzgr 39 got ricoclet.
