Why the Pz II C DAK has 1.7 BR in Arcade, but the regular version has 1.3 BR in Arcade?

Armor plate on the front iirc, been a while since i seal clubbed at 1.7 german lineup but i believe its just a small plate of armor

Being fixed in the new BR changes iirc.

Per the updated BR changes, the Panzer II C DAK and TD are both being corrected to 1.3, matching the regular version.
