Not a problem for balance sake but you know the sway that whinging US mains have because of how many there are, and it is kinda lame when the country of origin for a plane ends up with the worst version.

Well it undermines the tech trees, who’s irl counterparts purchased US tech and modified them with domestic products, if those domestic products turn out to be better then it’s not really fair to claim that the US should still be superior by some metric, idk maybe there is a way around it, but sharing pythons and aam-3/5s with the US tt doesn’t seem like it
AIM-9X Block I could come to the game with a nerfed seeker without any issue atp
Block II is the problematic one as it has DL

at this point gaijin thinks that the Python-4 is the second coming of christ or something like that because its insanely stxpid the amount of time that passed and the missile is still in the files gathering dust.

Python 4 should be Added it would be balanced because, to be fair derbys are not the best things ever, python4 would compensate the worse airframe and worse fox3s on the f16I compared to other fighters

sooo… sufa was “nerfed” (fixed) as expected its just doesn´t make any sense to perform better than a single seat F-16 i knew this from the get go, but leaving that aside where is the damn Python-4? will the devs continue to turn a blind eye? this not 14.0 material its literally a sidegrade of the D Block 40 with no significant upgrades in its armament, also for the ones dont know the american Block 50 recived a considerable buff in its performance.

am sorry, i just pinged smin and gromvoiny 2 days ago and today only smin and yet no answer, people is waiting and we keep getting ignored, it feels that we are something meaningless like the pawn on the chessboard trying to reach the other side to be a queen but we keep getting supressed by gaijin and his endless strategies to nullify everything we do.

Yes. It should be as powerful as to justify the BR 14.3 but still be flare-able.
I guess the range of R-23T with seeker of Magic II that can pull 45G or 50G should work

Idk what thread it is but yesterday someone uploaded a bunch of photos from a book of f16i with python 4 and in one of them its says that the f16i cant take python 4 in the external pylons

Python 4 is a matter of game balance consideration. Right now, no other equivalent exists besides RVV-MD. Meaning only 2-3 nations at most could receive a missile of this kind. After that, its only the more advanced generation of missiles that would come to all nations. So it is not planned for this major update on the F-16I currently.

The biggest issue with the F-16I is that it is the worst aircraft at its tier for Air RB. The lack of AIM-120A/B and the lack of a high-pull IR missile (R-27T/ET/R-73) means that it simply cannot compete as it lacks the high off boresight capabilities which are the most important factor in the current air RB meta.
While the R-77 and MICA both don’t offer the best range, they are some of the best missiles since they are able to be fired without needing to get the nose towards the target, making it easier to defend against an enemy launch.
The Python 4 would fix this issue by allowing for this kind of shots, although at shorter ranges, while also compensating for the F-16I having the worst FM of any F-16 currently in the game.
As it stands, the F-16I does not stand a chance in a dogfight against every single aircraft it faces, excluding the AV-8 and JA-37D
The Derby ER could sorta compensate for this as it offers similar pull to the AIM-120 while improving on its range but I don’t know if the F-16I has ever used them…
