Given Sufa was repositioned from F-16C line to F-15I, it being repurposed as grind speedbump to extend grind for Strike Eggle isn’t impossible.
At the same time, both Sufa in current shape and F-15I are 14.0 when top BR already moved to 14.3, so both being moved to 14.3, receiving P4, maybe flight model nerf in shape of obligatory CFT and losing 120B as supposedly that missile wasn’t used by Israel might work?
Sufa gets the 120C so it’s already worse than the F-15I which gets 2 extra missiles and can also carry the 120B (and is significantly faster with a lot more CM)
And while the FM is far from finished (still too light), I highly suspect that it will be worse than the F-15I even in a dogfight
i completly agree with this if its not now WHEN? when more 4+ or 4++ gen jets gets added and the sufa gets overclassed in performance and fire power even more? or next year when we are getting closer and closer to the fifth gens??? we are gonna wait to the last of the consequences to recive what? a missile that its supposed to be already here! that also later with 5gens IR would get overclassed too? if its doesn´t get added now then it would be late we are not gonna have the chance to enjoy the sufa or ra´am in its real form before more modern and more high performance jets gets added am sorry but i cannot let this happen i stand completly against of this to happen.
i said this few weeks ago, RA´AM and SUFA should get Python-4s the Ra´am should get moved to 14.3 and the SUFA could stay in 14.0 this is the way and how the devs needs to do the things.
i really hope that any of the devs working for gaijin read all of this, waiting for a missile for 2 years its really frustrating for every player that wants this, specially when you see that time goes by and there are fewer and fewer reasons at the point of reach 0 reasons to not to introduce it to the game.
The only problem i see, is not balance. Its the Devs straight up saying Israel wont have anything better.
Theres probably only 1 dude or 2 who actually work on the tree, while the entire dev team works on everything else thats considered “Major”.
No need to bother “fighting” this decision, or more of an ignoring of us.
Israel was an experiment, to see if a small country starting at rank 3 can succeed in the game. It failed, and now its like gum stuck to their shoe.
We get the bare minimum treatment.
After all unbalanced decisions (Pheonix, 27ER, 9L, R-73 Etc…) the excuse of “balance” is insane.
Of course its good, its supposed to be the best of its class. But isnt the MICA? Or the IRIS-T SLM? Or how the 27ER used to be?

Did the developer add aam3 based on sources less reliable than Wikipedia? aam3 doesn’t use a smoke free motor, irccm is not sso and it is not a 40g single plane. Where did you gather your information from?

Ah yes, a heavier and slower variant of the F-16 (that has to compete with a Su-30 that has 2x the amount of missiles or the eurofighter and rafale that absolutely mince it in both BVR and a dogfight mind you)
with the worst ARH missiles at its br (120C-5 trade a good portion of their turning performance for an insignificant amount of range while also being slower than the 120A within 20km)
not like the pythons were partially designed to compensate for the weight of the israeli modifications
It’s almost like a dogfight missile will compensate for the plane standing no chance in a dogfight (even though it can still be defeated by preflaring or good post launch evasive maneuvers)
i have yet to use an aircraft with maws, how good is it without preflaring?
MAW is useless at autoflaring since it is super sensitive to anything so it kinda negates all its advantages in air rb
It does help quite a lot in GRB tho with autoflaring off

It’s wild to me at the BR the Sufa sits, that this statement isn’t just not exaggerated, but actually an underapproximation.
Not to mention that it has a significantly better radar and the missiles that it’s carrying more than double of? Significantly better than those the Sufa gets.
sufa could be a great scalable vehicle, python 4 now, pthon 5 when 5th gen aircraft, stunner missile when 5th gen aircraft get 5th gen missile
i will gladly fight those ufo from the april fools in a sufa with stunner missiles
