F-2A ADTW is literally one of the best 13.0s
It’s just not a forgiving missile kit and a bipolar matchmaker
AAM-4 datalink is quite different from what the AIM-7P has. Maybe it could be integrated, but at the very least I don’t think it can work as is.
Also this is the 4th time I’m saying this, the ADTW in the game is a mockup from 2013 not the mid 90’s and early 2000’s mockup so enough with this AIM-7M nonsense.

Issue with the technical comptability of 7P, as I see it, is that it is exclusively US Navy missile.
But A) swiss hornet has it despite never switzerland ordering it
And B) the malaysian Su-30 has Kh38MTs they too never ordered
But as MAUSEWAFFE pointed out, the datalink might be entirely different.
Easiest way to know for sure would be to learn what standard F-2A datalink is, no?

Yeah, this is a 2020s photo, which means at the time AAM-4 was already integrated with the aircraft. Only initially AIM-7 was the only missile, but the capability was never removed.
I would’ve preferred to just see an early F-2 with J/ARG-1 instead to make the loadouts look more reasonable, but then the complaints would be even worse with no JDAM, worse radar and at best 12.7 BR.
By just having a later standard F-2 without AAM-4 you instead get a premium that can do CAS as well.
I’m not saying turn the aircraft into something god tier or some other nonsense, at 13.0 it’s suffering severely your competition has R-27ER’s what is there to say
