soo i was doing that one mission in air arcade BR 1.7, where you have to capture the objective point and there’s nothing to bomb on the ground, i’m flying my PBY-5A Catalina hydroplane(the one that’s suitable for landing on both an airstrip and in the water), and became an absolute unkillable cockroach with at least 1-3 fighters on my tail for a solid 5 minutes before i finally got shot down after my teammates came to assist me, anyone else have a similar experience to this?
It occasionally happens because the RNG is letting you have an awesome match, the vast majority of the time you will get chewed up and your gunners will not even open fire. Added annoyance is the I believe fairly new feature where your bomb load is ignited by rifle caliber bullets in the bomb bay, just another kick in the teeth for a selection of planes that have been poorly implemented and shoe horned into a game that they are not really suited for , they literally have no place or use in the game except as targets and easy kills for fighters.
Only placed in the game to pad out tech trees and numbers so Gaijin can boast about having more vehicles than anybody else even if a fair percentage are all but useless in the game and the way it is structured.
