no go a32a and base bombing, more research
Bombing is boring and everyone goes after you, not very pleasant gameplay in my opinion.
They are adding a J37DI to the tree as well, foldered with the regular D
are you telling me if I launch all 4 fakours, say at 25 miles, at “different” targets, they will all target the last lock I had?
no but the fakour get guided, the rb99 do not get tws guides because the ja37di lacks datalink
I don’t know if you agree with me, but these additions of premium vehicles are lazy.
There are several vehicles around the world that could be sold as premium (I’ll leave some examples at the end), but Gaijin, lazily, prefers to saturate the game with vehicles that are already known and existing in the game, which don’t bring anything new or exciting.
Why not add new and unique things (as premium vehicles) that attract more buyers, such as:
HAL Tejas
F-CK-1 Ching-Kuo
Aero L-159 ALCA
FMA IA 58 Pucará
Embraer A-29 Super Tucano
Do not ask them to add completely unique vehicles as premiums
Niche and unusual variants or variants that would only have cosmetic differences ingame are ideal premiums. Locking entirely unique content behind a paywall is not okay.
Not quite.
I assume we’re talking about JA-37Di or other aircraft without DL (datalink). The F-14 IRIAF has DL so this is not an issue for Fakours.
Even without DL the JA-37Di’s AIM-120/RB-99 still has IOG or “in-ordnance guidance” which will at the time of launch predict a intercept path to the target, provided the target does not deviate from it’s current course.
Not having DL simply means you can’t update the missile intercept path after you launch them. If the target makes drastic course changes then by the time the missile reaches them they’ll be in a different place and the missile won’t pick them up on it’s inbuilt radar seeker.
For the AIM-120/RB-99 the “pitbull” range of inbuilt seeker is ~16km. Target acquisition is guaranteed within this range. You can pull off shots further than this, but you will rely on IOG predicted flight path and as such the probability of hit decreases as distance increases.
TLDR: So no, the missiles will not all go for the same target. They will attempt to hit the target they were launched at using predicted flight path, albeit without mid-flight course correction.
Sorry for the ramble, I hope it makes sense
it does and is way more elaborated than my answer
Damn, I gotta go to bed. Misread your name as “FlyingNword”
The prices, no comment.
It’s totally OK, but it can’t be better than the ones you can get for free, that would be unfair. But if you want to charge $80 for something, it should be something different.
And there are already unique vehicles that you can get for a fee, the ones from past events.
when that 4 directional rwr at 13.0 hits ♥
What exactly do you mean with unique?
While I love my Intruder and have flow it a lot, I still find it a pity that here is no tech tree version of it (yet). It was one of the backbones of the USN for decades, to have it as unique premium only is not what one would expect…
Others, like the recently added Swiss P-16 prototype fit at least my idea for unique premium material much better, copy paste versions of tech tree vehicles on the other hand less so.
This is the kind of plane you spade and forget forever. Why would anyone pay for it, let alone at full price?
Stuff like the A-6E, Sea Vixen, Turm III, Object 120, etc, anything that doesn’t have a tech tree equivalent.
Of course some of them are less problematic than others, but ideally there should be a tech tree variant of every vehicle in-game.
where is the su-22m4 pre-order camo?
if both came out at the same time i would have 100% bought the SU22 instead of the tornado since its just copy past and not a downgrade. but to be honest i wish that we got a bit of more competitive premiums or at least unique premiums. the way top tier germany goes right now makes me regret grinding them and paying for german premiums
Can’t really think of any actually interesting premium vehicle options for Germany tbh
A Marineflieger Starfighter could be cool imo, but I don’t think people would buy that
