Potential Vehicles for the Final War Thunder Update of 2025

I am not certain, but I believe we may see additional 4.5-generation jets in the upcoming updates, such as the Gripen E or the J-10C.
I would be very interested in hearing your opinions on this.

Gripen E or the J-10C maybe also an american top tier and an Eurofigter fore the brits

There real guess is what class if ship or boat is next to be added.

I’ll guess a Revenge or KGV class for UK

For Britain, im thinking something like:

Air:

  • Typhoon FGR4 T3 / Typhoon FGR4 upgrades (Basically something to add AESA)

but for the most part im hoping for new equipment and mechanics such as ALARM? ECM? ASRAAM? Brimstones? BL755?

Though id gladly trade most of that for gamemode updates, especially for ASB

Ground:

  • Ajax? or another decent high tier gun-based AFV like a late Warrior
  • Challenger 3 (P)? (after the decompression, im expecting a round of top tier MBTs)

Naval

  • County-Class destroyer
  • King George V battleship

Tbh I feel like this year UK naval was pretty well treated.

We got HMS Vanguard, Centurion, Warspite and Saumarez.

HMS Churchill returned as a free gift vehicle.

Coastal got MBT 460.

MTB-35 was also new replacing MTB-1(1) as a reserve (while the latter became a free gift vehicle).

Not too bad in my opinion.

Yes and no.

Vanguard and Warspite unfortunately have been hamstrung by top tier compression and just arent that fun at the moment,

ive not grinded Centurion yet but does look okay, but is another of those 6.3/6.7 dreadnoughts which we’ve gotten a lot of recently

Saumarez is just a low BR filler, i’ve not unlcoked it yet either.

MBT 460, no idea if its any good.

What we’ve really needed is a decent new late destroyer like County-class, a decent new cruiser, something like HMS Fiji or HMCS Ontario? and maybe something better armoured for top tier like KGV?

Yes to Gripen E. Don’t give it to Japan thru Thailand

Honestly I’m all in favour of any new class or refit.

I’ve spaded it and it’s a blast. The Bofors are strong enough to damage other destroyers, so you can just eviscrate them once it’s lead correctly

Maybe I need to grind it at some point, but generally not that big a fan of destroyer gameplay, usually prefer my Cruiser+ area

(As an alternative, I guess you could use the rumor and roundups thread as long as it’s not wishing)
