I feel like jets with radar having higher scan area like SU-30SM2 are much better now, almost all missile act like they have TVC, so launching while notching is far better. AESA EFT would have been the best IMO if AIM-120C/B would have no gimble limit

No idea tbh but for the reasons mica EM got buffed and people claim it can do BVR now. Su30SM2 seems to be doing the best in most places but I was expecting the golden eagle to atleast be top 5 for BVR.

Too slow

MICA is still dogshit at range and Rafale is quick sure, but it’s not that quick

It’s one of the better flanker airframes I’ve heard so it’s quick

Top 5 for speed in game right now. I also did see a guy with 20 kill game I think in CAS (peak CAS player not average performance) with J16 and more people naming it as there new favorite jet but its pretty new to get a full detailed Playerbase opinion on it.

It’s literally just an Su-30SM2 with AESA radar, less gimbal limits, 2 less missiles, much better airframe and PL-12As
That’s all you really need to know
Anyone (that is a good player) with top tier experience will be able to know how good it is without even owning it

I really dont think the EX will be the saving grace US mains claim it’ll be, it will still be outclassed by the eurofighter and rafale

I think the radar width will be saved when ECM comes since J-16 has great ECM would also give AESA radars more of a purpose

Ehh, It’s faster, more missiles than euro and won’t suffer from launch limits since it has 120Ds
I’d say for 16v16 it’s definitely on par with euro
