You fail to understand you already have to do that with DM23 at 10.3, putting that in a full uptier with 11.0s is illogical.
Full 1.0 downtiers and uptiers have been a thing since ground forces beta, your really starting to expose yourself more and more🗿
Please tell me in detail why you think the Type 90 at 11.0 compared to another 11.0 tank is overpowered. Yes it has good reload, a whole second faster than a 105 Abrams or a Challenger 2, and it’s also a bit faster, but there it ends. It isn’t as responsive in turns, turret rotation and gun elevation are slow and the armor isworse than the 10.0 Leopard 2A4.
This is a tank that is good at it’s BR, having advantages and disadvantages. Reload alone doesn’t make it OP, as in an uptier (yes Type 90 gets uptiered too), it struggles to face a lot of opponents. Is this an issue? No, because that’s what uptiers are, as with your 2A4.
Also reload is nice for the Type 90, but at this tier the first shot usually kills or at least disables weaponry. Since the first shot is only dependant on positioning and awareness, it is on you if you miss that and he get’s another shot.

it was 10.7 when the max tier was 11.3 and 11.0, now it is 11.7 so it is more or less the same

Not having Germany on your team is almost a legitemate reason for why other 10.3 lineups should be 0.3 higher to compensate for having a lower chance of having Germany on your team.
I wish i was joking, but there is a worrying trend of every time i have a Nuke game, Germany is on the enemy team
