Please Give Us Back the Original Panther II, Flakpanzer 341 "Coelian," and Tiger II 10.5cm KwK

Only reason tiger wasnt used was because it sunk. It was property of the Japanese army and it was intended to be used and copied. Japan also has the smallest of the main nations in tank options.

M47 It was used tested and evaluated and 8ncluded in the Japanese tree because the tree hads huge gaps.

As for only nation not allowed haha Britain has no captured vehicles. First nation to capture tiger and still has the only operating tiger. Panther tanks captured by Britain, zeros, bf109s, fw190’s etc, name it and Britain captured the so don’t try and use the were so hard done by argument.

America does not lack content and putting a German built turret on a german made hull doesn’t make it American.

British turret used on a British owned leopard hull for the purpose of selling the design to other nations as a cheap mbt from memory.

I don’t care if it sunk. I don’t care if they have gaps. The US has massive gaps for SPAA, yet they aren’t adding any foreign vehicles.

The Panther II was canceled with no turret. There were no planned turrets. There is no reason for the Ausf G turret on the Panther II hull to be in the German tree. It’s a US war trophy and test vehicle. Either it goes in the US tree or doesn’t get added.

Your a joke. Trying to claim a German tank you have no right to.

If you want to drive around in a hull with no gun, be my guest.

The part that makes me laugh is the rumor round up thread is full of German mains begging for F16s, F18s and F15s.

They should add the German APC based on the Panther chassis that had a 20mm for defense lol. I don’t remember the name.

Ok, so in the likely scenario that Germany gets at least one of those jets, the Panther II Ausf G to the US is a fair trade.

Since when does Canada belong to the US.

Sounds interesting to me. Do you have a picture?
But just to be shure, you dont mean the Bergepanther Prototype which had a 2 cm KwK 38 L/65 mounted on the front do you?

I was agreeing that they are just asking for too much. Didn’t say they should have them

The 88mm Kw.K 43 could fit in the Panther II’s turret with a turret ring enlargement, we don’t have to get ridiculous here.

Keep in mind War Thunder is still a game. Obviously we could just play our Tiger IIs or Jagdtigers, but, it gets old pretty fast. The KT105 and Panther II ( Coelian too) gave a lot of flavour to the german TT, they were really fun to play vehicles that changed the endless gameplay of just brawling in your Tiger II or Jagdtiger. I Don’t think not adding back those vehicles just because “you don’t need them” can be accepted. Yeah we could just play the same vehicles that are already there because they’re enough to keep us afloat, but we’re not machines, obviously we want to have a bit more diversity and flavour that we previously had in our favorite tech tree. Especially considering the Panther II was the only medium tank at that BR.

They aren’t coming back because they are physically impossible and not real tanks. You can’t fit those guns in those turrets, let alone crew and room for ammo and reload. As said when the model was to scale the crew use to be inside the breach. The recoil of the 105 would blow out the back of the turret.

Canada would actually make a decent sub tree for the US. Quite a bit of cross over between the two countries.

I understand but it’s likely to happen, so the US should be compensated.

And the M4 Sherman could have 300mm of armor if they added armor, so why can’t we have a Sherman with 300mm of armor?

its not happened so until it does it means nothing

What part of “let’s not get ridiculous” did you miss? Or perhaps you’re playing deaf?
