You will want to look at your crew skills a bit too maybe if you haven’t already. Keen vision and vitality is crucial, as is agility to replace the crew members.
And yea, mainly stay about your team and try help them a bit more until you get more shells and better mods unlocked.
Artillery is good for this as you can drop it over top of areas where people are lurking without having to peek or risk yourself.
Just a couple, mainly your gunner, and driver need vitality. Try not to spend all your crew xp in one hit, just do a bit and see how you go.
Even with the advice you’ve got from this thread, I’m sure you’ll find your game lasting longer and getting more out of it.

Yea, vitality will stop them being knocked out as fast, keen vision helps with spotting enemies, and agility is the speed they jump into the tank when being replenished with the (=) replenish key, or switching spots in the tank to take up the spot that is missing.
Repair isn’t so much needed, but can work for gunner if you get breached a lot, or driver if you get disabled a lot.

Depends if you used the same email address for both, but it’ll be fine sitting on this in the forum here for the moment.
If you used a different email, you could merely logout and login with the other, and it should work out. If same email, that could need staff/support assistance.

No need for that, you can always check your replays until the next major update arrives.
Go to Community on the top right of the screen, there are two options there, “Replays” and “Streams and Replays”. I usually check the “Streams and Replays” which can also be accessed through by pressing the “letter” icon on the bottom left of the screen, select the “Battle” tab and then press “View Server Replay”.
I checked a couple of your replays in the M24, some advices to you:
Always keep an eye on the minimap, you died a few times cause you seemed to ignore where the enemy was, like the T-34E that killed you at Seversk-13 or when you saw a teamate stop advancing and you just pass by and got instakilled, that tank stopped there cause he knew there was an enemy tank just waiting for someone to drive there to shoot. Both showed on the minimap.
You also expose your tank too much in places where you can simply look around behind a corner, that’s how you got shot by the M10 on Seversk-13, luckily you didn’t died there cause the other player was not very good at aiming at you(I saw it from his POV). In Tunisia, and since you were using a very fast tank, you wanted to get to the A point fast, but on that match there was only one capture point so you should expect lots of enemy tanks rushing there too, you got lucky cause they took your engine but failed to finish you, then you drove a long time with a broken engine and even behind cover you took a long time to repair it. If you’re in a safe place or if you jump on a plane, repair first, that way when you get back you got your tank repaired.
Another thing I’ve noticed, you take a lot o ammo. That will increase the chance of getting killed by one shot. On the M24 you carried 4 types of ammo and more than 40 shells, on the next tank if I remember correctly you were carrying more than 80 shells. Take less and mostly the best shell type, in that case M61, you can also carry a couple smoke shells or M48 shells for hitting light armored tanks.
I was gonna tell you to watch a youtuber called NU Sensei that had tutorials to most tanks in the game for Ground Arcade Battles, unfortunately I just found that he seem to have deleted all the playlist he had for War Thunder. I’ve learned a lot with those videos and watched them everytime before trying a new tank.
