Why does the OTOMATIC is on 11.3 with 12 apfsds and the 2S38 10.0 with all his ammo coud be apfsds?

A few extra thoughts:
PTL02: move to rank 6, and placed between the AFT and the PTZ89
Rank 5 vehicle with 9.0 BR now is a bit silly, it is not bad for 9.0 given everyone else got moved, but a scout drone would be really good for it, considering its premium variant, the WMA has the same
ZTZ99II and ZTZ99III: moves to 11.0
As much as I believe they will struggle, if other nations has their well-performing 10.7s moved up, so should the ZTZs
T-90A: moves to 11.0

F-104G(China): given 60 chaffs/flares
This would not be unhistorical, and could also be used to avoid the “F-104A” problem. In the 1990s Taiwan purchased a series of F-104Gs which has flares attached to them. It could also be moved down to 10.3 like the F-104J, but the F-104A problem where it outflies anything might appear again
Sea Fury FB.11: access to 150 octane at rank IV modifications
The biggest selling point of the sea fury is its high speed performance, where it would not compress or lose control even at higher speeds. Allowing it to have an even better horsepower should compensate for its BR changes since other aspects of the sea fury such as turnfighting is left to be desired with
RE.2005 Serie.0: kept at 5.7
As much as this thing is fun to play, it mainly revolves around the ignorance of the enemies to win dogfights. Whilst realshatter is fixed, its firepower is no longer something it could brag about, and the flight model is simutaneously undesirable
A few extra toughts:
Spitfire LF Mk.XVI, Spitfire LF Mk.IX, Spitfire F Mk.XIVe, Spitfire F Mk.XVIII, Seafire F Mk.XVI: updated .50cal belts with a full M20 tracer belt(replacing the current tracer)
Would make them more effective against fighters, albeit that the new hispanos are enough for what it fights
Seafire F Mk.XVI and Seafire FR 47: the folder moved below the Sea Fury FB.11
The seafire FR 47 is arguably better than the sea fury, despite the fact that the Mk.XVI is not great, those two fighters technically has a better average performance over the sea fury

To maintain healthier decompressed balance, they should have moved 10.0+ up. But they did not, so we’re back to problematic original balance for the most parts.
10.0/10.3 tanks are the big winners out of this BR change patch. 6.7/7.0 tanks will be more fun to play until 3rd wave of (relocated) decompression comes. Biggest losers are the new 8.0 tanks as they do not have apdsfs firepower and face 8.3, 8.7, and 9.0 tanks with apdsfs.

I would like to give some suggestions of BR changes,
ZTZ 96 - 9.3 to 10.0
Merkava Mk 2D - 9.7 to 10.0
Leopard 2A4 - 10.3 to 10.7
2S38 - 10.0 to 10.3/10.7
T72 TURMS - 10.0 to 10.3
ZTZ 96 (P) - 10.0 to 10.3
BMP 2M - 10.0 to 10.3
As the compression of BRs has shifted from
6.7 to now 9.0 to 10.7 being compressed, some tanks should go higher in BR to compensate for other 8.7 vehicles going up in BR to 9.0

If the puma is moving to 10.0 or higher can it just get its spike launcher already? It’s going to struggle with just its cannon. Also the warrior does not need to be 8.3. It struggles as is due to the atgm changes and the horribly slow fire rate of its cannon plus the lack of post pen effect. The only way a warrior should be a higher br is if we got the Kuwaiti variant. But most of the other changes make sense. The puma just needs its spike atgms and the warrior needs to not go to 8.3. It’s fine at 8.0

In regards to RB.
Why is it that the PGZ09, ZSU-23-4 & AMX-30 DCA are not being moved up with nearly every other Radar SPAA, they have the performance like the rest of the Radar SPAA that is being moved up.
Now that the UDES 33 gets the RB 55C, and gets it BR increased to 8.3, it will have a higher BR that the Pvrbv 551 that is after it, where both of them have the same ATGMs. Therefore shouldn’t the *Pvrbv 551 not also get a BR increase?
The RakJPz 2, which is using MCLOS missiles should not get a BR increase, as it currently stands, it is very hard for most people to play it.
The Swingfire in the spreadsheet for the RB collum is set as it would currently be a 7.7 vehicles, that then gets increased to 8.0. However currently ingame it is a 7.3 vehicle, and therefore it would in reality get a 0.7 BR increase.
There is also no BR increase for the following tanks, even though they should get a BR increase like everything else that is currently is getting one and are comparable to them:
- M48A2 G A2
- IS-3
- T-55AMD-1
- Type 69
- ZTZ59D1
- ZTZ88B
- ZTZ88A
- M47 (105/55)
- Magach 5
- Magach 6M
- Magach 6C

Yeah if you compare the HSTVL to the 2S38 the 2S38 is better in almost every single way other than mobility and gun depression and slightly worse penetration on the APFSDS. The 2S38 is one of the most broken vehicles in the game and should ideally fight top tier but as a premium staying at a somewhat lower would stop people buying into top tier.
Buff the HSTVL post penetration and the penetration to M774 like in real life please!

Also can the god damn otomatic please get downtiered. Like 10.0 or 10.3 please. That’s darts honestly don’t help much. It is horrible at top tier and desperately needs to get downtiered and Italy needs a high tier aa. Also the ariete amv needs all its composite armor as a unlock

I disagree, the lineup would be fragmented if the IMP1 was a lower BR and even with a 105mm, it is still very strong with M900 and a 5 second ace crew fighting tanks that would go up to 9.7 in the BR change would not be fair for a vehicle that performs that well
Well the CM11 gets DM63 apfsds which is the strongest 105 dart around. The tts for the us should get M833 so that it has just as strong of a round or one close to it

The T62 doesn’t get atgms. Only its m1 variant can. The tank slinging missiles constantly is the damn T55AM1
You haven’t played it? Why do you have a say. M1A1 and IPM1 are god like tanks at 10.7 and its so easy to get 7+ kills a game when I play them. Your comparison of “hurr durr look it can pen the entire tank but T-90A’s weakspot is breech/roof/hull” when you forget to realize how much more faster a traverse, handling, reload, reverse and depression IPM1/M1A1 have. Also relying on your armor no matter what tank means your a bad player since someone is going to know your weakspots.
I use the IPM1 at 11.7 to great as “522 mm pen at 11.0 is not really good” but you neglect the fact its reload can be as a low as 5 seconds. In top tier your aim matters more than penetration at the end of the day.

sad part is m900 isn’t much worse than what the challengers get only real major difference is caliber

why do we even accept to play full uptier games it should be scrapped all together , its clear a 1.0 uptier is over powered and just get steam rolled same as if you get downtier you steam roll , its not fun for anyone

Compare Vickers Mk.3 to Vickers Mk.1.
Cancel the 8.3 adjustment for Vickers Mk.3. Leave it at 8.0. Vickers Mk.1 should go to 8.0.

fair fair i agree it should be 2 jump max like 9.7 can fight 10.3 max and 9.0 minimum that would massively help balance the game more and would help seperate top tier from other tiers because comparing 12.0s to 11.0s is honestly sad
Drones should just be removed from the game. I get it, you wanted another gimmick for an update. Much like the dig a hole update. Well just admit they were a bad idea and remove them from the game. I noticed how recently you removed fighters ability to see ground vehicles names in ground arcade. Well look at that, your player base doesn’t like people killing them with a vehicle that has zero consequences.
