So this is telling me that the MEPHISTO and the AFT09 are similar as they are the same br
The MEPHISTO at 8.3 has:
Gen1 thermals
800mm ATGM
The ATF09 at 8.7 has:
Gen2/3 thermals
1200mm tandem ATGM
And now both vehicles are moving to 9.0. Maybe to make it balanced put the AFT09 at 9.0 and the MEPHISTO at 8.7
And the AMX-30s don’t even have a stabilizer I don’t get why they have to move up in br it’s already hard enough to get kills without a stabilizer in a very mobile tank

I think it would be interesting to give some vehicles ±0,7 BR range. For example Maus is unfair in WW2 downtiers (or againist tanks with APHE shells only), but it suffers in full uptiers. Why not to move it to 8,0 and limit its BR range? Same goes for 10,7 F-5E - extremly strong plane at premium downtiers, but it was suffering a lot while being 11,0. I think limit its range to 0,7 would prevent it from fighting againist F-16 and Mig-29 while not ruining premium downtiers to much with its insane flight performance.
Overall great changes, +++ to devs for moving Raketenautomat to 8,0, or F-104J to 10,3 (all F-104s without flares should be under 10,7 tho).
My suggestions:
Marder 1 to 7,7 (Combination of autocanon and ATGMs is too strong for 7,3)
CM-25 keep it at 8,3. This vehicle is completly useless expect for camping. Suffers from CAS a lot,
T-62 keep it at 8,3, this vehicle is worse then T-55 (no heavy MG, there is no visible difference between 100 and 115mm for me).
Move all type 16s by 0,7 up (Great mobility, decent armor againist autocanons, LWS, great thermals and decent relload, outperforming every other wheeled vehicle at this BR)
Q-5L give it flares, make it posible to carry lighter guided bombs on outer pylons (=4 in total) and move it to 10,7. This plane suffers so much in air RB with no flares and it has limited use in ground RB because it has only 2 bombs.
Chineese helicopters in the chart - do not move them up in BR, nerf the air to air missiles instead. These helicopters are not competetive at attacking tanks.

The Mirage F1s should be moved down to 11.0.
The Mirage 2000-5F should be moved down to 11.7. It is a combination of Mirage 2000C and Mirage 2000D-R1 while not offering much over either of them. No reason for it to be placed at 12.0, especially when it is lacking features it had IRL.
Mephisto and AFT09 also should not belong in the same BR with the different capabilities of the vehicles.

1:leopard1 A1A1, he have no laser rangefinder,no high pen APFSDS, also thermal, that’s no need to pull it up to BR9.0, he should stay BR8.7
2:** leopard 2AV**, now he ready to go BR10.0, in BR10.0 his armor is no outstanding than br9.7, and his turret structure much very like with leopard 2A4, he should be buffed fire rate same as leopard 2A4 to supply it new BR。
3:M60A3 TTS(CN), you pull him to BR9.0, so he should get a better APFSDS such as 105mm DM63
4: Chinese heli who carry ty90s they should reduce capacity of ty90 but not increase their BR. because their ATGM can’t supply the strike mission in higher BR.
5: many ATGM carriage likeM113 TOW, CM25, they have no good mobility and no protection of gunner, also the new missile control so worse cause low battle efficiency. So they should not increase BR
6:RakJPz 2 (SS.11 ATGM) ,manual control missile SS.11 entirely no battle efficiency, so they should not increase BR
7: ** Israel A-4N Skyhawk II (Ayit)** ,he have to many direct air-to-surface weapon like AGM-65,AGM-62, and carry air to air missile AIM9D in same time, that’s to OP in BR 9.3, SPAA can’t threat him and no more SAM in this BR. gaijin should increase his BR with the hunter F.58 on BR9.7
8:** F-86K(all)** should lower BR to 8.7. although he have 4x20mm cannon and afterburner but can’t save his worse battle efficiency cause his maneuverability very very very very worse than other common F86 saber even other’s fighter.

Hopefully Ho-Ri Production at 7.3 is going down? It has decent armor and should be at 6.7, the same as Jagdiger and other WW2 heavies. Or will it just continue to face the usual when it gets up tiered?
I want to support the voices that want the upper BRs be raised to 12.0. Otherwise the decompression around 9.0-10.0 from the last greater BR change/decompression is basically reversed. I dont think that is reasonable.
Additionally I wouldnt generally raise the BR of SPAAs, because their BR is (or should be) tied to the BRs of helicopters and aircraft and should go up and down according to their BRs. I would exclude from that those SPAAs that are pretty effective against tanks (like the Falcon, AMC-30 DCA, Kugelblitz,…).
Furthermore I think many helicopters deserve a BR raise, especially the toptier ones should go up to 12.0 together with the tanks.

Thanks for pointing that out, I completely forgot that Isuzu can only use HE and HE-TF since I rarely use them because of BR. :D
Kuma and Sendai, there seems to be a difference of about 2 seconds in reload time when the First stage ammo is empty. Is this a bug?

This changes would have logic in case of moving all tanks BR 7.0 - 11.7 like 1 BR higher… Now the tank with changed BR will be mostly unplayabble. There is gonna be so many different characteristics between tanks. There will be 2 groups - good tanks and useless tanks.
Long story short - this is how you f*_cked up all balance in single decision.

Man, most NATO 11.7s are weakspots on their entirety except for their turret cheeks.
Take Leopard 2A5/6, for example. The entire hull is on the 340-440mm KE range and can be penned by any 10.0+ shell… and you are telling me T-90A’s 620mm KE hull has “bad armor” because it has a tiny weakspot on it?

i just see this as decompression but a british nerf and soviet buff.
Smoke grenades aren’t a reason for a 0.7 br increase especially because the heat grenade is not that much better. Apds is enough for all tanks you face. If the german m41 moves to 6.7 then the american needs to follow to 6.3. M56 and T92 would need to move up too. Both have the same heat shell
Funny, everybody want fairness but when it comes to their farvorite vehicle, they cry.
i would argue other 8.3 spaags are no less effective against tanks while systems with 35mm are usually faster than amx30 dca or falcon plus these other systems have faster reaction times and stabs excluding Sidam 25
US tanks just suck. T-34 cannot keep up with Leopard and all those fast critters, turret and gun are too sluggish, same as the reload and mobility.

cl13MK5 should lower BR also ,I forget it :D, talking about their maneuverability, cl13MK5 is better than F86K.
but about AIM-9B, you can also see MiG17 and MiG17AS, AS get 2 R3S AAM , G.91R1 and G.91R4 ,R4 have 4 AIM-9B .But G91R1, MiG17 have no aam, their same BR 9.0 and 8.7, because AIM-9B series will bring no more advantage to battle.
