Su-27SM moving up is justifiable as N001 have buffed recently and its offensive capabilities are very strong. However, same thing does not apply to 29KR.

Plus, Flanker has ability to carry R27ER and better high altitude acceleration. Only thing KR does better is essentially turnrate and being a smaller target. Having spaded both i can say that they are definitely not equal. Improved radar on the KR does not make up for the shortcomings, especially after the buff aforementioned above. One can say it is even worse than the Squadron MiG-29M which can carry more ARH missiles and has R27 compatibility while having exact same avionics. KR isn’t worthy of 14.0 considering there is MiG-35 at 14.3 which isn’t moving up to 14.7 at all.

This BR change is really disappointing. Does the Leopard 2A4 belong at the same BR as the T-90A? Does the MSC deserve to be rated higher than the T-90A? And is the F-15C Golden Eagle supposed to be a top-tier jet?
It’s completely useless being good against aircraft when a fully loaded heli spawn is way cheaper and much more common. I’m going to test a few matches later to see your point since I haven’t touched this a while, but for now I’m sticking to my opinion

I get the impression there are mistakes in the table. How is it possible that the Kfir Canard, instead of receiving a lower BR (10.7) because it only has two AIM-9Gs and DEFA cannons, is supposed to receive a higher BR of 11.3? That doesn’t make sense.
Meanwhile, the J-7D is supposed to keep its BR of 10.7? Even though it has 4x PL-5Bs and 2x better stats from recent months?
The following have a BR of 11.3:
F-5E FCU, which has 4x all-aspect missiles + EEGS
the JA37C—with phenomenal PD radar, 2x AIM-7E2 DF, and 4x AIM-9P
the J-7E—with 4x PL-5B and phenomenal FM
the J-8B—with 2x ASPIDE and 2x PL-5B
etc.
The Kfir Canard was already struggling at BR 11.0; at BR 11.3, it will be marked as EOL, just like the F-104S/TAF.
Overall a very positive ground RB decompression, but WHY on earth does XM803, ZA-35 and American Stingray (unlike Japanese) stay at their BRs? I hope it is just an unintantional overlook mistake.
Generally I see logic with most vehicles 8.0-9.7 that got moved up, while those tanks that lack stabilizers stay at their present br (Leopard 1, AMX-30, M60, etc.), and also slower tanks retain their br (Chieftain mk.10, M60 TTS, Centurion mk.10, etc).
But I strongly disagree with U-Sh405 being moved up (unlike Raketenautomat), and moving Strv103-0/A up is also quite strange as they have no stabilizers and are very situational: sometimes strong at distance, sometimes too vulnerable. Do not turn them into sadmobiles which are easily flanked and destroyed through thin side armor or transmisson breakdown/tracks destroyed and face more and more fast firing light tanks, and are the only 8.0 MBTs that can’t peek corners and have to be on receiving end of attack mostly on small maps. Treat them like MBTs, not long-range camping tank destroyers. Or improve their stabilization and aiming speed.
Also moving M41D up the br is outrageous.
An airframe that requires a unique and very specific playstyle, but is in no way struggling at its current BR. The people who struggle with it will struggle with it at 10.7 all the same.

BR Change: 11.7 → 12.0 instead of 11.7 → 12.3
Reason: While decompression is good the Rooivalk does not possess capabilities similar to Helis such as the Ka-52. It is comparatively easy to defeat in 12.3 SPAA like the CS/SA5.
Man, the golden eagle going to 15.0 or max TT with the others makes sense, I was wondering how long that was gonna last.
However it does have me concerned because, (this is my educated guess based off remaining updates,) If the F15EX comes this update it will be likely 15.0 as well and not 15.3.
So while it will be perfectly competitive if not better than other 15.0s it will literally be a better f15c GE in everyway at the same BR.
Yes, this thing exists! It’s battle rating is a relic of the past. No way it’s 12.7 worthy. The F-16AJ is at 12.7 (or will be?) and is better in all metrics. The USSR has the Yak-141 at 12.7! if you feel that the MiG-29 is worthy of 12.3, then there needs to be something for the blue forces to counter it. The F-20 is worse but it could at least counter it to some degree. And even if the MiG-29 would be at 12.7 it doesn’t deserve to be at the same battle rating.

Yes, I know it has the R-73 (with a bad IRCCM) but it’s just no competitive against the MiG-29 at 12.3 nor the Mirage 2000C-S4 at 12.3.

Give it the R-77 and move it to 13.0. But it wouldn’t be competitive against the J-8F (All supersonic Fox-3 slingers should go to 13.3 minimum IMO. Just leave the Harriers and the M-346 at 13.0)…
COMMENTARY WITHOUT SUGGESTIONS
I can’t understand why the F-16CM and different MLUs are left at 13.7? They will be totally OP at that BR. The F-16 ADF is the perfect F-16 for 13.7 with the AIM-120A/B. In fact everything from 13.3 to 14.0 should be moved up a notch because they are balanced between themselves as they are (in SIM, taking into account the horrible Su-30 radar). The F-16I Sufa is not a very good 14.0 right now but it will be the king of 14.0 if you leave it there. I like to have something to abuse, so I’m not asking it to go up (And the JF-17 at 13.3!). Why was the Netz moved to 12.3 a while ago when it was the best out of all 12.7 F-16A’s with the Python 3? If it was some kind of a test, then you should’ve moved the others down too. Now it’s understandably going up but it leaves the blue forces without a counter to the MiG-29. The MiG-29 should really be moved back or have it’s R-27ER/ET removed.
yeah it being the same situation as the j-15 and 16 is not like a good thing, while yes its not the end of the world we shouldn’t just be ignoring poor placement or planning for imminent additions.
Either way I’m going to play it just like how i play the F16 even though its worse in all ways to the F15CGE at the same br.
