Thats not how flares/missiles work.
Got the otomatic recently, the biggest limiting factor is its radar, cant differentiate between munitions, helis and jets. If it got that it would be a little better but no where near 11.3 worthy still.

The APS does nothing and it’s just a sluggish, slow to reload and bad tank. Why is it an entire BR bracket above the now 11.3 T-72B3? (T-80U is still better at 11.7 mind you)

Reason: Guns are very lacking, no ir missile, bearly super sonic, and just because it has 18 flarse does not justify the high battle rating it has no chance against most 10.0 and 11.0 aircraft with better avionics and missles

That would be logical, but it’s not necessarily a requirement.
The AESA Eurofighters have existed at the same BR as the non-AESA ones for more than 6 weeks now. They could easily have introduced all the AESA planes at 14.7 with the last patch.
That being said…I don’t have the F/A-18E… but from what everyone says, it doesn’t seem like 14.7 material in its current state.

Well im more referring to its ammo situation, where instead of totally removing AP, what people would think about giving SPAA limited AP belts (including the 2s38 maybe)

It’s my anecdotal experience. Even if it was due to something else the second flare pod is still a waste of a pylon. The first flare pod is only occasionally useful in an uptier and is never useful against guns in a downtier.
T-80UD is one of the worst under BRed tanks in the game. 10.7 imo wouldnt be enough, 11.0 would probably be more appropriate for it

The 2s38 is a light tank, according to gaijin, so youll never see it get spaa treatment. That is of course unless spaas get a buff.

And looks like no one is getting the point of my argument, that being the T-64B doesnt need to be moved up. I honestly dont give a shit about the T-80UD right now, the T-64B simply does not belong at 10.3; it made sense to move it to 10.0 when they buffed it, but 10.3 is too high.
2S38 with limited or removed AP and an SPAA role change would be awesome, I would actually start using it
Its better than Pz IV to begin with, AND the Pz IVs are undertiered, it could arguably go higher with the mobility and gun
also almost noone uses that APCR or Smoke on the Pz IV, the APHE does perfectly fine, and smoke is far far too niche
