(Naval) RN Roma 8.3 > 8.7 - the worst high tier battleship at the moment because of too long reloading time for the main caliber - 45 seconds aced (uses basically the worst practical value, while its competitors can have theoretical). Reloading time should be lowered at least to 30 seconds aced and if needed with a change of BR. Same for its sistership RN Italia.

So, now that F-15A/J/Baz are downgraded to 12.7 it would be fair that MiG-29A (9-13) gets its R-73 and R-27R/T.
Because now we got more planes with AIM-9M which is a very strong IRCCM missiles for mid ranges and is one of the strongest against flares and to some people AAM-3 is the best IRCCM missiles.
So, first was the F-16A OCU which had 6xAIM-9M at 12.7 and now are the F-15s. IT WOULD BE FAIR THAT THE MiG-29A (9-13) GETS ITS HISTORICAL PAYLOAD!!!

Reason: The Shenyang is effectively a MiG-17PF/Lim-5P with 2 R-3S missiles. These missiles do not greatly change the combat effectiveness of vehicles at the BR, and yet the Shenyang sits 0.7 BR above its counterparts.

Reasoning:
Put bluntly, there is currently no reason to buy Leopard 2A4M.
For new players, 12.0 is extremely odd BR which offers no other vehicles that the premium 2A4Ms. There is nothing to build lineup with. On top of that, it has neither the T-80U-E1 armor nor M1A1HC Cliclbaits shell, making it the least appealing choice of the three premium 12.0 tanks.
For veterans, there is literally nothing 2A4M can offer them, that isnt covered by Leopard 2PL, a free squadron tank.
Despite all of this, it is clearly better than 11.7 tanks, so it wouldnt make sense to move it down in BR; moreso moving it down to 11.7 does not solve the lineup issues whatsoever.
Thus I propose adding DM53 shell and moving it to 12.3, making it a premium counterpart to Leopard 2PL, while offering new players who buy it chance to build lineup that does not drastically vary in effectivness.

I think that 15.0 would be appropriate so that the 15A variants don’t move down and further curse the br bracket from 11.7-12.7. Then the 12.7s could move up to 13.0, 12.3s to 12.7, and so on to help the compression of 12.0. Then further decompress from 12.0-15.0. Moving the F15As down seems like a terrible idea. Also please fix the MiG29 fm and give it r73s that would be nice. Not only would this help 12.0-13.0 compression but top tier could decompress further at 15.0.

BR Change: 9.0 → 9.3
Reason: The Su-7 going to 9.0 is the result of BR compression, however it has no business being in these lobbies. The Su-7s have triple the climb rate of most of the subsonics at this BR, they were fast even for 9.3, and the manoeuvrability is not poor enough to excuse this. Allowing vehicles with extremely high top speeds to creep lower and lower in BR because their effectiveness is low is ruining the game for subsonics.

Reason: The vertical dispersion on the main armament of this ships makes it difficult to get consistent hits even if you are aiming well, a bug report has already been accepted so I request to give it some priority in its implementation to the game
