Planned Battle Rating changes for the month of October

You spend millions and millions to make crews expert and millions of XP to make them ace for your lineups …and Gaijin messes all.

Now you must move on another slots some vehicles and you must upgrade the crews again.

That has nothing to do with line-up. The only thing that changed was the number of vehicles you need to unlock to progress to top-tier. So the whole idea is that you don’t need to unlock vehicles that you will never play anyway, if you’re only interested in modern vehicles.

T-55AM1 & AMD are inferior to T69IIG & Type 88s, having 60% of the penetration for its top APFSDS round.
Ka-50 is balanced at 11.0, having it a higher BR than all of its equivalents in other tech trees would be bias against it.

@xxGripenFanxx420
If Ka-50 is moved up then it’d show bias against Soviets.
Your defense of Soviet vehicles is hilarious, sir KamovFan.

What defense of soviet vehicles the KA-50 is superior to the AH64A in almost every way.

It would only be fair that if the AH64A is moving up that the KA50 moves up too since the AH64A is horrible compared to the KA50 thats not bias against soviets. Bias against soviets would be if they moved up the KA52 to 12.0 and KA50 11.7 (will never happen because reasons…)
All helis except the soviet ones are moving weird…

If anything the KA50 should be moving up alone and not the AH64A and its variants.

The only thing i dislike is how they want to kill the usa 6.3 lineup, it doesn’t have much vehicles for that br as is, now it’s going to be even less

People are always mentioning the IS-3 and now started to come up with other 7.0s, but they completly ignore that the T26E5 exist at 6.7, which is much more dangerious to the Tiger than either IS-3 or T29.

The T29 is obviously much more dangerious than the crappy metal box the IS-3 is, because US tanks actually focus on killing other vehicles instead of “how do I make my tank impenetrable from enemy tanks”.
Yet the T26E5 does just that and brings a fast reloading gun to the table, which easily knocks out a Tiger.

The Tiger is much harder to knock out for the IS-3 than a Panther.
While the Panther at any range presents a huge target, the only place the 122mm will reliably knock out the Tiger is the UFP, which is a very small target at range.
The turret is possible but it’s really just RNG, whether the round pens and knocks out the tank or gets absorbed.
The lower front plate is protected is similiar like the turret but by the German Kruppstahl transmission,
which adds 100-250mm of armor, depening where you hit it.

So penetrating the Tiger at range isn’t easy while at closer range you’re fighting a more mobile vehicle with better RoF, gun depression and turret traverse, very likely to just disable your gun by shooting the muzzle break, before you have a chance to get your gun on them.
Even when you fail to penetrate the Tiger at range, he can shoot twice before you have reloaded, potentially knocking out your tracks and making you a sitting duck.

Obviously the IS-3 is harder to knock out than a Tiger but what the IS-3 brings to the table is just that:
A vehicle that is hard to knock out but can’t accomplish more than some vehicles at lower BR.

I would fight the IS-3 in a Tiger everyday over a T26E5, which might be just as slow as an IS-3 but the RoF and traverse speed make it much dangerous.

So what I’m saying is that the IS-3 at 7.0 is no argument for the Tiger E not to be 6.0.
Of course there are other factors to consider. While the T26E5 is much more dangerous to the Tiger, it’s not as dangerous to the Panther compared to the IS-3.
The 122mm eats Panthers for breakfast while the 90mm will not so easily knock it out.

You make a very valid point, and I’m revising my opinion of things accordingly. Although on the whole it still strikes me as a better solution to have both Tigers be 5.7, I agree that focusing on the IS-3 as the reason was a bit dumb on my part.

Lvrbv 9.7 how come? it has only 6 mediocre missiles.

Helicopters will be destroyed

Oh no, something that is capable at destroying helicopters past 2.5 km

They already get destroyed by IR systems at these BRs since they dont have that great ATGM range

6-7

The missile loses all ability to manouver at max range so that only works if the heli player is sitting completely still. I would say the realistic range is more like 5-6

If the Hellfires got a direct fire mode it could redeem it somewhat

Yeah agreed

yes, but past 2.5 km. IR systems wont lock helis that far, often not before sub 2km in my experience

I would say 9.3 is very fitting considering the ammo count.and the fact Its still completely useless against airplanes since all you have to do to defeat it is fly left or right
