You can say what you want; fairness will be scrutinized by Gaijin. I’m confident that all three versions of the F15 in the game have negative KD and winrate based on Gaijin’s data.

I suppose they did buff it recently, however, the point still stands, it is now a panther with better reverse speed I guess, but if Russian top tier is anything to go by, that is not a very important stat. The Panther also does not have stock solid shot with worse pen either.
Another change I would like to request is the removal of stock APCR. In particular, I noticed it only is present on mid tier US vehicles and the PT 76. Mid tier US does not need that nerf to initial performance, and the PT 76 is generally considered quite bad even spaded so I do not see the reason for this hinderance.

Why is the AGS going from 10.3 to 11.0 for such a minor shell increase??

You’re justifying 11.0 by giving it a 10.0 round?
Just keep it at 10.3, or if you’re so set on making it 11.0, give it the M900 at least…(like the M1128s have at 10.0)

I would like to request the removal of inferior stock rounds on British vehicles. Many of the AFVs in the British/SA tree are stuck with a less capable round stock and even for a while after, this is a major annoyance to an already annoying tree, particularly since most of their final rounds only offer slightly better performing solid shot which is a great annoyance on its own, I do not see the need to be burdened with multiple tiers of worse solid shot first.
I dont see the point of moving the AGS up to 11.0 and giving it a better round. keep it where it is and dont give it the better round its doing fine

No stabilizer and the Magach 5 is currently at 8.0 with M111 (which is DM23). What exactly is busted about the M48A2 GA2 then?

As many others have said, the 2S38 has similar or better performance to the HSTVL. If you have any pretense of balance, I would request that you equalize their capabilities, either by improving the performance of the XM885 to its historical capability, or lowering its Battle Rating. Alternatively, the 2S38 could also be up-tiered to 10.7+. however, this is probably a less desirable option for Gaijin since it is a premium.
Strela-10M2 (RB) 9.3 → 10.0 or 10.3; The Strela, following the changes to contrast seekers, is an extremely potent platform that is capable of performing comparably too or better than similar IR SAM platforms that are already a higher BR than it, such as the Ozelot, and the Strela easily outperforms a SACLOS SAM platform such as the Stormer HVM. Given that it is considered the Type 81 (C) is deserving of a 1.0 BR increase, it is only fitting that the Strela-10M2 recieves similar treatment.
AML-90 (ALL/Family) (RB) 7.3 → 7.3
Char 25t (RB) 7.7 ->7.7
AMX-50 (TO90/930) + Somua (RB) 7.7 → 7.7

I shouldn’t have to explain the above to anyone with half a brain and understands concepts such as “fairness” and “justness”. Maybe one could make an argument for the AML-90 Family to be moved up, but is it really fair for it to fight BMP-2s and T-55AM-1s and AMD-1s. As for the rest, how can you possibly justify having them fight 9.0 vehicles like the XM-1 Chrysler or Obj 279?
New Proposals for BR Changes and Rebalancing:
VIDAR (RB) 8.0 → 8.3/8.7; It’s self explanatory for anyone informed about the game and how the VIDAR performs.
CV90105 (RB) 10.0 → 10.3; Justified based on its performance compared with something like the CCVL. If there is some worry, just give it DM63
CT-CV105HP (RB) 10.0 → 10.3; Provide it DM63 and move it up.
Type 16 (P)/Type 16 (FPS) (RB) 9.3 → 9.7; Provide them Type 93 APFSDS and move them up. Even with (wrongfully nerfed) M735, they are still exceedingly powerful, particularly again 8.3 and 8.7 vehicles, and their front composites sometimes just eat rounds. Combine that with Gen 3 thermals and CITV with amazing zoom, and you have a recipe for a seal clubber. They are physically better than peer vehicles like the Centauro 105 or Rooikat 105.
Type 16 (RB) 9.7 → 10.0; It’s just better than other 9.7 8x8s, and moving those other vehicles down would accomplish nothing but further compressing BRs.
ZTL11 (RB) 9.7 → 10.0; Highly mobile with decent optics, and the second hardest hitting 105mm in-game at the moment.
M1128 (ALL/Family) (RB) 10.0 ->10.3; See explanation for raising other 8x8s. Extremely trolly low-profile turret with 3rd Gen Thermals for the Gunner and Commander. Reload is meh, but if playing it ideally that is of little concern.
T-55AM-1/T-55AMD-1 (RB) 8.7 → 9.0; Hmm, lets see where to start. They are better protected than anything else, with equal if not better firepower than other tanks of the same BR, are spammed out and can easily overwhelm certain vehicles, and if the ZTZ-88s are 9.0 with equal firepower and slightly worse protection, then these things should be 9.0. Any 7.7, and most 8.0 vehicles stand little chance fighting these things in a 1:1, let alone sniping at a distance.
Krizantema (RB) 9.7 → 10.3; 2nd Gen Thermals with a good sight, pretty mobile and unusually survivable platform, with a 1200mm Tandem ATGM. It should probably be higher than 10.3, but I also know it is not played too often.
BMP-2M (RB) 10.0 → 10.3/10.7; This thing is utterly bubonic, and considering how it performs and its capabilities, it should be higher BR than it currently is.
2S38 (RB) 10.0 → 10.7; This thing is utterly bubonic, and considering how it performs and its capabilities, it should be higher BR than it currently is.
T-72AV (TURMS-T) (RB) 10.0 → 10.3; Better optics, potential firepower, and arguably better protection than things like the Leopard 2A4 and M1 Abrams. Just because Russia never invested into making half-way decent transmissions or protected ammo storage does not mean that this premium should get off the hook so easily.
2S25M (RB) 10.0 → 10.3/10.7; Gen 3 Gunner and Commander thermals with good zoom and FOV, with a fixed 7.1 second reload so you don’t have to worry about loader crew skills or them getting knocked out, and 3BM46. Its firepower and optics far exceed most other things at the same BR, let alone light tanks armed with a 105. Better round and reload rate than the M1128.
T-90A (RB) 10.7 → 11.0/11.3; All things considered, this can only be considered to be marginally worse than the T-72B3, which should warrant no more than a .3 BR difference, if not them being the same BR if max BR is not raised and decompressed.
2S6 (RB) 10.7 → 11.3; Outside of the missiles, it’s only slightly worse than the Pantsir, and in terms of mobility and being a TD, it’s better. Just move it up already to where it belongs already and stop hand holding Russia.
Overall, the Ground RB max BR should be raised to a minimum of 12.0 and a number of vehicles should be raised by .3 BR accordingly, and the Pantsir should be 12.3 even after that.

It’s getting the new shell because of the BR increase. Not the other way around.
A) It’s too dominant for 10.3
B) They can’t make it a higher BR without giving it a new round
C) They surely can’t give it M833 and leave it at 10.3
Hell M900 would probably warrant 11.3.
It has a very trolly armor tho. You shots often get eaten by era and composite sandwitches.
Imo give it 3BM59 and move to 12.3 alongside BVM

Idk, I based this partially on personal experience and I felt that the PSO was pretty good. I wouldn’t consider it significantly worse than other tanks I played like the SEPv1 etc.
It could always be swapped around of course, that the 2A5 moves to 12.0 and the PSO stays at 11.7 in that hypothetical scenario, because I can see the mobility argument.
It really shouldn’t. It has thermals over tt tanks that’s true but 9.3 armor, gun handling and mobility make up for that extra feature.
or just keep PSO with 2A5s

M833 does not offer significant improvement over its current best round. I understand that this is their line of thinking, but if this is their plan, than 11.3 with M900 would be preferable, substantially so. In addition, Gaijin just recently made the argument that the top tier Abrams should not get a similarly improved round since it would not improve its performance noticeably.
However, your point is lost somewhat since the M1128 Wolfpack at 10.0 gets access to M900. However, its performance is probably hindered by poor players who purchase the premium.
