It struggles at 9.0 because of the absurd BR compression at 9.x. Don’t make it worse by making it fight F25 sabres, G91Rs and MiG-15s. The sagittario’s goofy ahh flight model is why it’s so high.

The Su-122-54 is great yeah but 7.7? Its got armor that can be defeated by vehicles at its peer br, no reason to go up. Same with the T44100
Theres also no reason for the late WW2/early cold war vehicles to fight vehicles with high caliber APDS and HEAT.
early cold war heavy tanks to 8.0? That would bring them to the fully stabilized long rod APFSDS with LRF and occasionally thermals range. I dont think a surbaisse would fair well:

Okay. I’ve noticed multiple vehicles I’ve played and spaded, thus I understand fully and support their moving upward.
F-5E: 100% should be moved up.
Sagitarrio: Excellent 9.0, one of the best. Does deserve 9.3. Oh… 4 deaths.
The French 7.7s: My squadron has been using EBR constantly, and two of us even got nukes using it.
Definitely warranted. Should’ve happened when BTR-80A came into the game at 7.3 to be honest.
Somua SM and AMX-50 TC90 has been performing extremely well and I understand this movement to 8.0.
My suggestions:
AIR simulator:
Mig-23MLD and MLA from 11.3 to 11.0; to be in parity with Mig-23ML and F-1Cs.
Q-5L: 10.7 to 9.7 in-line with its air RB BR.
Q-5A: 10.3 to 9.3 in-line with Q-5 early’s BR.
Tornado GR1, IDS ASSTA, and IDS 1995: 11.3 to 11.0 in-line with MFG and WTD61.
Yak-141: Moved to 12.3 with R-73s.
AIR RB:
Yak-141: Moved to 12.3 with R-73s.
Mig-29G to 12.7 along with the rest.
F-15s to 12.7 along with the rest.
Mig-21SPS-K: Give it 4 mount R-60s and move it back to 10.0.
Ground RB:
Merkava 3 and 4: Stock reload: 8.7 to 7.8 seconds.
T-72B 1989: 10.0 to 10.3. To have separation between it and T-72B again.

Seriously, when are we gonna stop balancing based on statistics? Since that’s clearly what’s happening here, the french players got skilled enough at struggling with their lineups that they’ve gotta be uptiered? PLEASE look at the actual vehicles in comparison with other nations, leave the playerbase statistics out of it!
AGS, a tank that’s nothing insane as is, going to 11.0 because now it can have the CCVL’s shell? It wouldn’t even be broken with M833 at its current BR, it’d barely make a difference in its playstyle or what it can/can’t kill. If it’s going to 11.0, it needs M900.

Some quick feedback on the proposed changes here, I might add some suggestions later:
Please reconsider uptiering the French 7.7 tanks to 8.0. They are fun tanks and in a good place right now, uptiering them to 8.0 will undo all the decompression changes from earlier. 8.0 is strictly early MBT territory and they just don’t belong here.
Also really does not make sense to raise the BR of the AMX 50 TO90/930, BatChat and Somua again while in Arcade the arguably superior Lorraine 40t and AMX 50 TOA100 remain at 7.0. A full BR lower!
Also I don’t think raising the BR of the EBR 1954 (again and again) is needed. Or at least give it the PCOT shell now it has an even higher BR (in AB) than the AMX 13/75 with the same gun.
I’m actually fine with the T20 moving to 6.3 as I find it a great tank, especially with the lately improved mobility, but please consider giving it APCR now.
Finally, downtiering the Pz IIC makes no sense to me as other German 20mm gun tanks get a BR raise. Please remember these things used to be incredibly toxic in starter tiers and was put at a higher BR for a reason.
Happy to see 12.7 for air btw.

MLD doesnt need to move in SB. With the new brackets its fine at 11.3.
MLA should move down though, or ML needs to move up
Would be good, and would make sense, but its like ARB/GRB. They are higher because of guided weapons for GSB. But again, with the new brackets, they’ll never see 12s and rarely see uptiers. They’ll be fine.
PLus Im hoping they’ll get some TLC in the near future. So no point messing with their BRs until after that
As are all missiles below 11.3 without IRCCM. R-60s have issues in particular though. But against A-10s etc (which are uptier vehicles) it’s child’s play to boom n zoom using you far higher speed and climb rate, blasting them with your gun or easily avoiding their fire with flare pod.
4x AIM-7D which sucks and will always be beaten by an R-3R, and 4x AIM-9E which are mediocre with only 10g and obviously far worse than R-13M1s or R-60s. Plus as you said it’s a bus that struggles to dogfight or avoid radar missiles (such as R-3R…)
F-104 has no radar missile options, is 1.0 higher, with far, far worse manueverability and 4x missiles equivalent to the R-13M1. Plus the J and G (China) without flares. These two are once again R-3R food.
And a higher BR of 10.3.
Remember that currently the SPS is only .3 higher than a multitude of vehicles with worse flight performance, no flares or RWR whatsoever, and at best a pair of AIM-9B/R-3S or even no missiles at all. (21F-13, CL-13, F-104, MiG-19, etc).
If it lost the R-13M1 and R-60s and got R-13M then it would be 9.7 material, instead it’s definitively better.
A6M5 Ko 5.0 → 5.3
Remember when this was 4.7? Let’s not.
Move the J7W1 down from 6.0 to 5.7—hell, maybe even 5.3 with it’s botched FM. It should also be classified as an interceptor and given interceptor spawn.

Few sugestions:
- please reconsider moving French 7.7 to 8.0, 90/100mm APCBC will be trash while uptiered to 9.0 (on GAB/GRB);
- moving down Vautours (all) - without air spawn and with their flight model, BR 9.0 is unpleyable for them;
- Fleet - move up SKR-7, SKR-1, PR-206 - with their actual tier they are overpowered;
- drop down Hunter F-6 on ARB to 9.3, it’s the same BR as Hunter F.58 but he’s got no countermwasures and got worse missles;
- T-72 AV TURMS and 2S38, move up to 10.3 on GRB - their overall performance are similar to Leopard 2 (PzBtl123) or M1 KVT.

Good luck penning anything frontally at 7.0/7.3 without playing sharpshooter then,the T25 is very bad and so is the T20,if i need a 6.3 line i’d rather go to 6.7 and stomp everything with the M26/T26 combo
The SIM bracket changes are TERRIBLE, please please please don’t implement them. 10.7 and 11.0 are getting shafted massively and 11.7 is now top tier 6 out of 8 days? It makes no sense. Not only will I not be able to play my favorite jets as often as I do now, but the A-10s who ruin 10.3 now get 4 days to wreak havoc instead of just 2. I’ll definitely be playing less if this goes through.
Then why the hell have the Tornados been screwed over for an entire year. They could have and should have been 11.0 this entire time. That’s kinda BS then. I just assumed it was because of guided weapons for GSB
Im loving the changes, because the 11.7 that I cant fly at all currently and the 11.3 that I can only fly 2 out of 8 days are both getting massively buffed and can actually both now be far more viable.
But it has been suggested we need a 5th rotation. That might fix some of the issues
