Planned Battle Rating Changes for February 2025

If 2.0 K/D was all it took you should see my statcard

That’s tough

Not real… as most statcards aren’t… are you trolling?

Ground Realistic Battles, XM8. 9.7 → 10.0

Gets M833

Historical change, the vehicle itself was introduced after the CCVL (IRL) and should get the M833 – which was initially denied as it was considered a balance value on the bug report site: Community Bug Reporting System

The comparison would be like the current version of the M1 Abrams in-game getting M900 and the IPM1 gets M735. The example is supposed to highlight the technological differences, due to the introduction date of the vehicle. Not the inherent balance of the vehicles current perfomance, hence I suggest it as a historical change.

If this change is to occur, the CCVL and XM8 should swap places, otherwise they would be nearly identical.

Mi-24 has to be like 3km or ish to get a stinger lock, with their HIRSS in place, which is even closer than Ka-50/52s at 3.5km

Arcade, AMX-13 DCA 40. 4.7 > 5.3. High pen, fast + semi-enclosed turret, high armor for an SPAA at this BR

Arcade, ZSU-57-2. 7 > 7.3. Excessively high pen. This is a full-auto tank destroyer, not an SPAA

Arcade, So-Ki. 3 > 2.7. Slow turret, low armor, slow, exposed crew, low fire rate.

The T-80UD is one driving weak point, the T-72B family has much better survivability, the only thing the UD is better than the B in is slightly better mobility and slightly better reload time… in my opinion the 10.3 is perfect for it.

Namer should remain at 11.0

It does not currently contain adequate protection, mobility, or ammo to justify 11.3. Maybe if given more spikes or increased armor.

Ground RB, Yak-9K, 4.3 → 5.0

With access to 45mm APHE, the Yak-9K is an absolute menace for aircraft and ground vehicles alike. It is a fighter and is nimble like one, yet remains a better ground attack aircraft than many dedicated ground attack aircraft at the BR. Its 45mm nose gun is much too effective against ground targets for this BR.

Other balancing methods that could be considered would be removing the APHE belt, mixing more HVAP or HE into the APHE belt, decreasing cannon accuracy, and/or making it easier to jam.

Arcade, CCKW 353 AA. 2.7 > 3. Pen too high, people use in an anti-ground role.

Arcade, BTR-152A. 3 > 2.7. Agree with you guys here. All hail the snail.

Arcade, Ostwind. 4.7 > 4. Genuinely totally agree with your decision to change BR. Wirbelwind and Ostwind I are just really really bad in arcade with very poor anti-air performance. Once again all hail the snail.

Mig-29G 13.0 to 12.7

Mig-29G is in an uncomfortable spot at its current BR. It should be moved down and have the R-27ers removed from its loadout, as it never carried them.

mm no. J-7D needs to go back up to 11.0 and J-7E needs to stay at 11.3.
J-7E flight performance is better than J-7D.

both have access to 4x pl-5b which is the best rear aspect missile in the game, but the lack of ammo is pretty sad.

At the moment, the Tigers II are very damaged, they don’t mean anything if they are at the very top. At the moment, the Tiger II P should be at 6.0 and the Tiger II H at 6.3, but… never to this extent, so at least the Tiger II P should be slightly lower than the II H

Arcade, TPK 6.41. 5.3 > 4. Actually genuinely quite poor and super frustrating to use
