2S38 10.3 > 11.0 and HSTV-L + RDFL-T 11.7 > 10.7. what can I say. it has a 0.5 second reload with 225 mms of pen, APHE, proxy, and a track IRST system. this tank has been ruining 10.0-11.3 the day it was added. it is a HSTV-L, but better in every functional way besides mobility, and gun depression

IS 3 was made in 1945 right after ww2 so i dont know if its cold war
it’s super awkward to use them now, rn US has a great 5.7 lineup, it has an amazing 6.7 lineup, it doesn’t have a real 6.0 or 6.3 lineup, if you put it in your 5.7 then your jumbo or 76 (which both do awfully in uptiers) get even more uptiers, if you put it in 6.7 you start facing stuff like maus or IS3 or even pzh 2000s, not even mentioning the amount of faster + high pen rat vehicles, you’re a joke to most of those tanks in that case, it at 5.7 would make it fit really nicely in the 5.7 lineup imo (while still seeing tiger 2s on occasion)

The only fight it had any chance to be a part of was the cold war and thats where it was seen. The date something is made does not mean it is a part of that era.
I have the Black Night and it’s pretty solid, the APS can intercept 3BM60 at range (around 800 meters and above) so it’s entirely fine at 12.0, everything else can move down however. There is also a ongoing bug report to buff the armour of the Arietes, so I’d move them down to 11.3 as well.
The Arietes although not as good as its competition isn’t necessarily the worst MBT at top tier, I despise the Merkavas more so far and strictly from experience

2s38 literally a huge weakspot, while the hstv-l can survive hull down, is faster, smaller and has slightly better round. It’s got proxy and irst track.
It’s compression, but IRIAF at 12.7 is less balanced for the game overall than it at 13.0 is. It is much more comparable to the F-14B in overall capability than the F-14A.

You’re the same BR as the Su-27 while having four less missiles. The Su-27 got an improved flightmodell with the last major update, to maintain more energy after a turn ,while the mig 29’s flight model still is underperforming. You‘re amount of missiles is not enough to face a full uptier, cause you need to evaluate two targets for you‘re R-27ER while the su-27 can just launch these of without thinking too much, cause it got up to 6 R-27‘s. Next thing i need to complain is the radar on the mig-29‘s, which is easy to notch. So you have to youse them in a headon or cold aspect. Now with that in mind you’re two R-27ers can even get less important on a match, so do you

Please for the love of god consider dropping the German F-4F Early down to 10.0; the same planned BR as the F-4C. The F-4F Early has no reason being that high of a BR still with no sparrows and no flares / chaff. It is quite literally a worse F-4C. PLEASE take this into consideration. Thanks.

IRAF with the best long range fox 3s in the game and some of the best non-r27ER fox 1s facing mig 23s and f4s
I guess it will stay at 12.7 because compared to the F16A it has 2 AIM7F missiles compared to the F16A which does not have radar missiles.
For me, the Aim7F is a little better than the Aim7M for the simple fact that even at low altitude the missile does not lose tracking.
No advantages except for speed, size, better missiles, and IRST (last one i’m not sure to be honest if it’s an advantage or just better sometimes worse in other as I haven’t played ozelot honestly)
