Well, it is nonetheless at 12.0. Pointing out the illogical nature of them being at the same BR. I also mentioned the 2A5/2A6 deliberately because those are fine at 12.0, it’s the 2A7s that are too strong.
A5C 10.7 → 10.3 it should go back from where it came from. Basically every plane at 10.7 is stronger than the A5C, especially considering that the Mig 21 SMT and MF are going down, the A5C should also go down

Ground RB > L62 ANTI II 3.0 > 3.0 Should stay at 3.0 as it´s shells are quite slow and unsuitable for SPAA duties, it is also an open top vehicle that is very easy to destroy and has average mobility at best. Staying at 3.0 will help new players grinding out the swedish tech tree aswell as players completing daily and special tasks and challenges. Only very experienced players are able to use it well.

M1A1 HC: 11.7 → 12.0
This vehicle (and it’s premium brother) has all features that a 12.0 MBT has. It has pretty good turret armor, paired with a 5s reload speed and M829A2. When compared to some 12.0 vehicles like most CR2s, Arietes and Merkavas, it only lacks in quality of it’s thermals.
It’s best counterpart would be 2A5 and that thing is comfortably sitting at 12.0 for months.

I get it that many can’t dodge the Fakour, but at 13.0 the thing can’t keep rear aspect missiles.

Reason: Compare to the F-16A ADF, it have a worse RWR, worse flight performance, less countermeasures, and need to trade 2 AIM-9L for 1 AIM-7F when the ADF can have a 1 to 1 trade, there is no reason for them to have the same BR.
I would suggest that the Lancaster variants with access to the 12000lb bomb are increased in BR to 5.7 for Ground RB, while the reduction in BR is also implemented for air RB. The Lincoln which recently got access to the same bomb does not need changing from 6.0 in ground.

BR: 12.0 to 11.7, alongside with a ready rack ROF buff to 5.2s base/4s ace, with non-ready at 6.5s base/5s ace
Reasons: not effective even at 11.7. They need exceptional ROF to make them competitive, both needs to happen simutaneously.
Lvkv and L62 are only placed there because of their AT capabilities, gaijin needs to add new spaa to the lineups if they move these vehicles up, if gaijin changes their BR they will be useless

Currently the worst 9.3 heil in the game, gets the same missile as the 8.7 UH-1C but has no secondary wepon as well, reltivly worse peformance then everything at its BR too
I’d be quite happy with moving everything above 7.0 up by about .7 and using the space created to decompress this tier
