This will create a one core problem, the good plane/tank with high skill requirements became something exting because new players never gonna learn how to play this

I think that it is very good at 9.3.
Edit: Well - It is pretty bad until it’s almost spaded.
G.91Y shouldn’t be going up in ARB when planes like the CL-13B and F4D exist at 9.0, and at 9.3 you have planes like the Su-7, F106, MiG-19s, etc, not to mention it would be able to see 10.3 which includes app aspect missiles it just shouldn’t see.
If you want to move the G.91Y up, there would need to be a lot of decompression with supersonics, otherwise you’ll just end up killing a fun plane for no reason.

BR Change: 12.7 → 12.0
Reason: It has few countermeasures, lacks any DIRCM or MAWS, which makes any IR missile lethal. It has no autocannon, poor rate of climb, the tandem PARS have questionable damage and don’t always oneshot even the Pantsir, and its range is 7 kilometers (compared to 17 km for the LMURs and 16 km for the AGM-179).

If the Tiger Nr 1-50 are going down to 6.3, why shouldnt the M26 Pershings go down to 6.3??? And also if the T26E5 is going up to 7.0 it would make the most sense to also move up the Tiger II! The T26E5 was never overpowered at 6.7.

MiG-19 already has the most dominant flight model at 9.7, arguably to the point that it already deserves to be higher. Giving it strong missiles at a BR where many planes lack countermeasures only exacerbates this problem. It should not be the same BR as MiG-19 or J-6A either way, and 10.0 would make it a more even matchup.

“Logically” is your assumption again. Also if we go this way, j22 has 16 las guided missiles which can take out much more bots. Plus gun. At 9.0 while a6e has only las bombs and faces stronger opponents. So Im right either way.
Not only, I stated other reason as well, which is players ignorance and lack of patience.
Rank 6 can unlock su24m, su25t, mig27m/k, su17m4 - strongest pieces of ussr cas aside from su30/34.

But slower than f4e with 8 fnf. So is it worse than f4e?
I own su24m with even faster mitl missiles which get shot down easily even by rolands. And suffer from same bugs. So I own tram and su24 with similar mitl missiles while you own nothing.
The AH-1Z should also be bumped down to 11.7

I appreciate the update on the pre-review of the British Phantoms.
As a counterpoint, I would like to comment that the Phantom FG.1 and Phantom FGR.2 currently offer almost no difference in their gameplay.
Why is it unreasonable to update the armament of one of these aircraft (ideally the FGR.2) with AIM-9L (+/- SuperTEMP) even if the BR has to go to 12.3 in ARB?
Based on commentary from many other rounds of BR adjustments and numerous forum topics with a lot of discussion, this would be a very popular move.
The 12.3 Phantom could always be adjusted later if its performance doesn’t hold up at 12.3.

Nothing is being ignored. We already responded earlier on the British Phantoms:

Vehicle: Me 262 A-1a
Mode: ARB, ASB
Change: 7.0 → 6.7
The Me 262 is slow, climbs poorly, and has poor turn performance compared to every other plane at 7.0. Combine this with extremely short-ranged armament and it is one of the most outmatched fighters there is. Additionally, there are already jet fighters at 6.7 that outmatch it in every meaningful way. Especially with planes like the MiG-15 coming down to 8.0 and being matched against the Me 262 A-1a, the 262 should be moved down.

Unlike other 10.0s, it lacks:
- supersonic speed
- countermeasures
- Fox 1 missiles
Unlike the Swiss F.58 at 10.0, it has:
- weaker engine
- shorter-range Fox 2s
- no countermeasures
