Proposed change of G-91Y: 9.0 > 9.3 should not happen.
It is inferior in general peformance to Cl-13B and outright worse than the F4D, this plane is fine at 9.0 and does not need to be uptiered into stuff like the Mig-21SMT/MF, J35XS, F-8E, who all have far superior flight performance and missiles, it should also not have to face stuff like the A-10 and Su-25 with all aspect missiles.
It also makes no sense why this plane should be the same BR as the Ariete, Mig19S/Mig19PT/F-106/F101 and many other 9.3’s that simply blow it out of the water performance wise.
Requested change: Leave the G.91Y at 9.0, it does not need to be uptiered to fight planes that it has very little to no counterplay against.

Reason : It’s not really mobile , the gun handling isn’t particulary good , armor wise it’s just auto-canon proof , if anything it’s just a Leopard 1a5 with a 20mm but worse shell.
JH-7A GRB 12.0 → 11.7 It can go back to where it came from. Absolutely not an oppressive plane at 11.7 and it performs quite poorly on 12.0 as its fnf weapon count is very low anyways and its A2A capabilities are also nothing special

More than a few are shoe-horned into totally inappropriate BRs purely because of a loadout reason, like the Buc S2B at 10.7 just because it has 9Ls. Aircraft like the Su-30 premiums and F-15As are just dominating their respective BR brackets at the moment and the only solution bar moving a load of aircraft down is to decompress upwards, properly this time
