Indiscriminate reload speed buffs for WW2 vehicles are a bad call.
The charm of WW2 tank combat comes from deliberate, slow engagements.
War Thunder is an armored vehicle simulator, not a generic FPS.
That’s the same Yak-130 we have in-game, Gaijin uses the early livery and excuse that’s the early “variation” to deny accurate weapons. That’s about most airplanes. I believe that’s best, as I said information on the Yak-130M is scarce, doubt it will be added soon to put a better Yak-130 in-game as they said in the Dev Blog when justifying the lack of countermeasures and infra-red missiles.
Here
Vehicle: Sea Harrier FRS.1
Gamemode: Air Simulator Battles
BR Change: 11.3 → 11.0
Reason: 2 more 9L’s should not create 0.6 difference with TT Sea Harrier, on this br harrier faces much better aircrafts in both AG and AA performance
Vehicle : NF-5A
Mode : Air Realistic
Change : 10.7 > 11.0
Reason : why is this even at the same BR as F-5C. Superior flight model and missiles to other F-5A/C at 10.7.
the only difference between these 2 vehicles is the platform that theyre on and the radar
What’s the ‘equivalent’ ‘minimum progress on a vehicle’ for ground and air?
from my experience, it is hard to notch because u have very little time to react and it just ignore chaff sometimes
Vehicle: F/A18-A
Nations: US, UK
Br change: 12.0>11.7 in Ground RB
Reason: They only get access to 2 walleyes with the rest being dumb bombs which is sub par compared to everything else at 12.0. Moving them down to 11.7 would also give it a line up to bring it with.
a lot of reloads in game are notably too slow but such a carpet bombing of changes appears to be taking a hammer to a job for a scalpel
Vehicle: MB-326B
Gamemode: Air Simulator Battles
BR Change: 6.3 —> 6.7
Reason: Has some of the best flight performances of all early jets, its the fastest at 6.3. And it has the best ground attack ordinance for its BR. Making it a game breaking aircraft, there is no reason to be lower than the other game modes.
i guess everyone is monkeys back when F14A & B comes out cuz it was just dominating enemy the team
I so tired that one tank reload problem is been ignored for extremely long time.
I wrote it almost under every BR changes and every time this problem was ignored.
Vickers Mk.7 has 10.4 seconds stock reload speed on the second ammo rack, but it has only 3 rounds in the first ammo rack 😭
Please, Gaijin, spare us. It is the worst reload time between all MBT in the entire game.
What have we done to you, to deserve such punishment. 😭😭😭😭 🥀
Your shooting angle is incorrect.
Air RB
Welkin F.1
4.7 → 4.3
It isn’t too good or ergonomic to use, it could do with a tad of a BR decrease due to the potency of 5.7 aircraft
you can see the missile
as it’s being launched from 40km away
You can even track it perfectly as it flies towards you
You have plenty of time to react
Mode: Ground Realistic Battles
Vehicle: Z19/Z19E
BR Change: 11.3 > 11.0
The Z-19 should be moved to 11.0, or at the very least keep its current battle rating, since the entire Apache family has had their BRs lowered. They have longer-ranged, more powerful AGM-114K missiles, as well as a cannon. The AH-64D even has radar and a better RWR.
Vehicle: A30 Avenger
Gamemode: GAB, GRB, GSB
Suggestion:
- BR 4.7 > 5.0
- Add 17 pdr APDS
- Class; Medium Tank > Tank Destroyer
Reason: Avenger was classified under British doctrine as a self-propelled anti-tank gun, a type which in War Thunder is typically a Tank Destroyer (see also US Gun Motor Carriage/Howitzer Motor Carriage). In addition it is open-topped and lacks a coaxial machine gun - features usually common on medium tanks and part of what separates SP guns doctrinally from gun tanks.
As seen in the associated bug report, Avenger did use 17pdr APDS in service, with its ammunition stowage being designed with the dimensions of the round in mind.
Moving Avenger to 5.0 would allow it to join the Churchill VII in a lineup, while bringing 17pdr APDS on a mobile chassis one BR step below the A30 Challenger.

IS-2’s only outstanding feature is the 122mm with a 20-something second reload and constantly faces Tiger 2s
I know right . . . . here’s another one -

It’s a good plane, no doubt, I wear it out myself, about my favorite fighter,
definitely most played. But solely for what it is/does, but for the line up I
can play it in. It was already raised for 4.3 to 4.7 . . . fair enough, but that
wasn’t really needed either. I does everything ok, not great but good, except
ONE thing . … the climb rate is abyssmal . . . you can’t go after bombers or
try to protect them or chase anyone in a climb, which is a great hinderance.
If you want/need something at 5.0 for RU as a fighter, make the ITP II
Much better engine(so it might climb) and just has 20mm’s, so . . . . do that, not this.
oh and this too . . . the VL is not that good and the Pucara . . . doesn’t even belong
even with missile nerf . . .
