They aren’t only iconic, but also very necessary for gameplay because F-104s eat fuel extremely fast, that makes them barelly playable on EC maps. This issue affects ASA the most since it’s placed at higher BR.
I would say ive never hd this problem before but that may be because im the only guy crazy enough to climb in an ASA. Rocking around at mach 2 15km up is the only way i like playing it. simple too fat to mp.
I believe that the A6E TRAM should stay at 10.7. USA does not have a 11.0 lineup to use this in ground RB. The A6 does not even have fire and forget munitions this requires you to stay on target much longer risking your aircraft. Compared to something like the buccaneer with man in the loop at a lower BR is reason enough to keep it at 10.7
i wouldnt have anything against an 11.0 M1 abrams if it would mean i wouldnt have to use M774 (hell id even take a marginal improvement of M833 over 774)
that thing is honestly completely viable until 4.7 to use
i’ll also point out that the SU-7 (or any of the mach 2 capable planes at 9.3) can just outrun the 9Bs, especially if it’s from a sub sonic, unless you are quick on the draw as it passes in an overshoot. missiles that will start to catch up to it does not appear until the later versions of the IR missiles like the 9J which is usually found in 9.7 plane, though i am not sure if an 9E can catch up to a Su-7
Experience with the FGA9, nope, 9E won’t
Possibly. But does it really matter?
It’s got 2 x 37mm guns and that was what prototype had.
figured as much and yeah a good SU-7 pilot is a bitch and a half to deal with, especially if are like me and love flying the japanese F-40
Yeah, only thing Ive really been playing at that BR recently is the Jaguar GR1 at 9.7 with 9Gs and I can barely do much more than just annoy them
the T-2 can do it since in a dive the 9Ps can reach to about 4k away
farming God Mode medals
I am definitely one of those ppl. One BT-7M at 7.7 game pays for the repairs on something I’m tryna spade
Just my thoughts on a few of the Changes.
British 75MM tanks with APHE. These do not need to go up. The addition of APHE has just made them usable, not broken or over performing, particularly the Cromwell V and Churchill VII/Crocodile. The valentine getting increased, that’s a take it or leave it situation as it’s pretty awful in general but it probably should not see 1.7 tanks in a full downtier.
On a side note: I have been playing a bit of U.K. at 4.7 recently and if anything the Concept 3 should go down a fair bit in B.R. Apart from straight line speed and pen, it does everything much worse than a M24 yet is .7 B.R. higher. I think it is the worst vehicle I have used in the game so far.
Tiger 2P going back to 6.3 is a good change, why it was increased to 6.7 to begin with makes no sense seeing as how there is a significantly better version of the same vehicle already at 6.7. While you’re at it, drop the regular M26 back to 6.3 as well. It has no business being 6.7. where once again there are far better versions of the same vehicle at that B.R.
T20, please don’t mess with it. I remember when this game actually had some realism and historical accuracy. Try get back to that.
Thanks
Concept 3 just needs the missing 77mm APDS.
after calming down a little id like to expand on what a lot of people are thinking on scimitar mk2
Vehicle: Scimitar mk2
BR: 8.3-8.0
Changes: Corrections to weight and ability to remove bar armour. Thermal vision corrected to a more realistic resolution (gen 3) and addition of scout drone. Addition of APFSDS.
Reasoning: It’s become incredibly obvious to pretty much everyone whose tried the vehicle today that it is horribly overtiered and very poorly executed in implementation. Its the same BR as warrior, a vehicle that is better in every single way but still struggles at that BR and will always face 35mm SPAAs and can see leopard 1a5 and XM1 in what isnt even a full uptier. not to mention that XM800T is only 8.7, that thing will always kill the scimitar unless the XM800T player is incredibly poorly skilled
moving its BR to 8.0 (or even 7.7 if APFSDS isnt added) would make it fare farr better and be balanced in a usable way. It will always be slower than the base scimitar so there wont ever be a fox incident from it, the additional armour is a nothingburger to the majority of adversaries and youre currently more susceptible to .50 cal machine guns as the side armour is completely flat (and also too thin)
I was unfortunately correct when the vehicle was announced.
Vehicle: Harrier GR7
Gamemode: Ground Realistic
BR Change: 12.0 —> 11.7
Reason: It has the exact same A2G effeciency of the Harrier T.10 currently at 12.0 bar increased CM count (if running max A2A and not increased A2G loadout) and Aim-9Ms.
Given the reduction in BR of many fighter aircraft that notably outperform the Harrier Gr7, such as the Mig-29G, F-15As, F-14s which is now 11.7, there is no reason for keeping the Harrier Gr7 at 12.0 purely for the sake of it having better performance vs aircraft, and aircraft that are a much higher BR in air modes.
Vehicle: Sea Harrier FA2
Gamemode: Ground Realistic
BR Change: 12.0 —> 11.7
Reason: Comprable if not superior performing fighter aircraft with Fox-3s have been moved down to 11.7 in GRB such as the Viggen DI and F-14D. Additionally you have very strong SARH aircraft such as the Su-27, Su-33, F-15s, Mig-29s etc etc all moving down to 11.7 as well. With the Sea Harrier FA2 one of the weakest Fox-3 carriers in-game, arguably even weaker than the Viggen DI at the moment, it is hard to justify the lack of it moving down to 11.7.
Additionally, moving it down to 11.7 opens up the possibility of being used alongside our 11.7 ground line up and provide a meaningful boost in A2A performance at this BR, given the only other option is the Tornado F3 now at 11.0
This is a train of thought that quickly falls outside the scope of this thread with it relying on multiple changes at once and including a new vehicle, but I’ve always liked the idea of moving the BT-5 and others(?) up in BR and making the BT-2 rather than BT-5 a reserve tank. Everyone likes to talk about the Chinese greyhound, but the BT-5 is also powerhouse.

The 45mm is already easily the best gun on any reserve tank and the BT-5 chassis itself is no slouch either with its great mobility and decent gun depression. The BT-2 would effectively just be a BT-5, but with firepower analogous to most other reserve tanks. This would also give the T-26 more room to shine rather than just feeling like a very slow BT tank.
With the BT-2 in place, I’d bump the BT-5 up to at least 1.3, though 1.7 for the BT-5 and BT-7 would probably be better. I would similarly move up the BA-11 and RBT-5 under such changes.
T95
7.0 → 6.7
dont get me wrong is armor and gun are amazing, however its speed is absolutely atrocious, making it nearly impossible to even play the game sometimes comparing it to other tanks speed at the BR, and free food for any and all aircraft, especially jets with high caliber guns. the armor is also rather useless in any form of uptier, as HEATFS and APDS from 7.0 to 8.0 absolutely tears through the 300mm of stell like its tin foil
Scimitar Mk.2 8.3 → 10.0
Its way to good with his OP ammo it is the best event vehicle in the game:
- The acceleration is way too fast
- His surviveability is better than the BMPT
In Addition: - remove apds and Aphe
