there is a flat difference between the f-16 adf theoretically being the better aircraft than the su-30mk2 and the su-30 deserving to go down to 13.0

the l9059 should NOT lowered to 2.3. It is stupidly durable and has heavy armor, as well as a good armament and is a absolute pain in the ass to destroy.

Just because I can make them work with highly specific playstyle does not mean they are better or equal to premium Su-30s.
No matter how you slice it, they have less total missiles, no IRCCM IRs, less CMs, and no HMS.
And you want to put the 30MK2 below them in BR.
I invite you to get similiar KD in ADF F-16s as you have in premium Su-30s.
