I think it’s mainly for not breaking the game,
I mean buccanneer S2 at 9.3 with 100+km range ARM missiles, that’s hard

I don’t know why. In another report, I provided different sources, and it was rejected by a different moderator (the sources were in English, but he felt something was missing).
Here, I provided the same ones plus one other, and suddenly it was closed.
I guess it just depends on which moderator you get.
In any case, I can post them here if anyone wants to see them.

I can see the argument for not giving the MFG ARM being a 10.0 in GRB.
But the ASSTA1 and GR1 should definetly get them and move up to 11.7.
IDS (1995) would be a shame from an ARB/ASB PoV given the slightly lower BR compared to the RET8, but from a GRB perspective it wouldnt be the end of the world with the RET8 which is better
Tbf, I doubt they wound even need the BR increase, like, maybe gave them for now just the AGM-88A/B, see how it goes and decide, like even 11.0 planes are getting ARMs
True. But the gatekeeping they are doing and the gymnastics to justify it are just crazy

At this point, give the armament to everything that could carry it. Balance it afterwards. This artificial limitations for the sake of balance is tedious.

But Gaijin denying the GR1 ARM, so it stays at 11.3…

I agree that it is snart to restrict some of the more advanced ARMs with IOG, but then they should at least add the earlier NATO ones without IOG to match the soviet ones at 11.0
