People should stop complaining about CAS

Is in todays RB GFs air being used as a ‘killstreak’ mechanism?

You have said about ‘earning it’, meaning that in order to get it, one should be able to obtain it which is similar to ‘killstreak’ mechanism, that can be seen in other games.

im still mad at baronvongames for influencing the new stuff we have starting in 2017 found out he didnt like it and then just left

ahh, yes. I get 1 kill i get to use CAS, 1 cap zone, CAS, 1 or 2 assist, CAS. As of right now it is too cheap and easily obtained.

But the ‘killstreak’ mechanism will be still here, just the conditions are going to get harder.

If its harder to obtain then they could stop nerfing CAS.

buddy, as long as one earned it by objectives and kills. Im fine with the CAS. I play a lot of tanks more than air in Ground RB.

So just because You need to put some more effort, it should stay unbalanced?

TO would allow to remove all nerfing and propose changes that would create a real combined gamemode without making anyone angry about it.

That is great that You are fine with CAS, doesn’t change anything really.

CAS is the most expensive its ever been.
There’s zero reason to change the expense of CAS.
Changing BRs of SPAA is more valid, especially moving certain 10.0 SPAA down slightly.

I need to put in a massive amount of effort currently. SPAA is really strong.

Meanwhile many CAS aircraft have huge lists of missing features and nerfed weapon systems.

And with TO being here, all the nerfs could be undone, win situation for everyone.

I am 50% behind this but i think cas should be at least harder and bombs like sc2500 and fab5000 and 12000pounder you do not rlly have to aim should have more spawn point cost

Problem is that WW2 era and top tier are two separate games and when we talk about CAS its hard to know which era we are referring to. The issues and resolutions are different.

On a case by case basis, some A2G weapons need to go up, but also some actually need to go down.

But blanket SP increases really dont work

you can be more realistic in function if you have realistic maps for higher brs

no nerfs/buffs threads about CAS and spawn campers fackin MG turret speeds -_- and so on

in fact it will probably just be the people that use LRFs at .20 mile complaining its too hard

Boils down to whether CAS is spoiling the fun or a big part of the fun. At WW2 level I have to say it can be both and top tier I don’t know but we all love to give and not receive.

when you are constantly doing CQC to get the cap zones CAS is a disruption it doesnt bother me overall much but i do see why its a problem at top tier

maps are so small it comes down to purely see first shoot first kill first either its a turkey shoot or you are the turkey every single game

if i wanna play cod im not gonna do it with tanks

For me the game settles a lot more without CAS in GRB. Its calmer, slower and more tactical and certainly more immersive. I have sadly only had four or five games with zero CAS in GRB to judge though but they were far superior games.
