russia could get the tor m1, its a slight downgrade to the pantsir and more of a flavour choice for russians to use if they would want to

he had like 2 sentences talking about the pantsir and then directly went to his abrams rant for whatever reason
I’m not exactly against this being added, but Russia already has by far the single best SPAA in the game, while other nations struggle to deal with russian long range missiles like the Kh-38MT. I think this is something that could be added in the future, but i also think other nations should be caught up with better SPAA first.

Definetly don’t wanna see the Pantsir-SM let alone the Pantsir-1S, it jsut sucks fighting russia at top tier because no other nation has that long of a rnage of SPAA, mostly based on tactics because USA uses the Patriot Missile System and that thing needs to be set up before firing, same as the C-RAM or Phalanx CIWS both respectively used on ground for countering mortar, rockets, and artillery, and the other on a boat basically doing the same but also against missiles, I mean I guess the C-RAM can still counter missiles, it’s just the land varient of the Phalanx

I like how so many people were against this suggestion, now they all got the SAMS they were asking for, and they’re just about as useless as the 2s6.
There was 1 video of an exploiter on the SLAAMRAAM shooting infinite missiles at a Rafale and not a SINGLE one hit and more people were concerned about that then the fact he was exploiting lol.
All these long range CAS systems are exploitable for the fact they are long range and all these maps are much too small for them with no room for them to operate, aircraft get too close that they can oversaturate them with munitions, or best case scenario–end up trading.
The Pantsir works because it’s designed for close to medium range engagements that most WarThunder maps offer and is most importantly a MOBILE all in one platform.
While I can understand that, we can’t hold back 1 nation because other nations don’t have equivalents. And people definetly don’t want CAS loadouts to get nerfed.
So is 1 Rafale to keep freely spamming twice the number of glidebombs compared to missiles that the Pantsir carries, or do we add more advanced air defense systems to try and quell it.
