Wrong. Pantsir can shoot mavericks down, but those GBU’s doesnt care about aa missiles at all.
Pansir is only good vs noobs flying high, so u have a massive skill issue
there are real video proofs of pansirs downing those AGM-88 missles in UKR, anti radiation missles are over rated in real life and only good against radars whidout any defence.

in order to use the bombs you have to be high enough up and facing a certain angle to drop the bombs, the pantsir can kill you the moment you spawn in i you fly up you will get shot down if you dont dive.
