Apparently its called the DART FLIR from SAGEM but im trying to find more abt it

2 Types of FLIR pod can be seen I think. One of them have the flat face and the other one has round

only the flat one is the FLIR TGP, the other maybe some sort of ECM

Pakistani Domestic IRST.
maybe this is also a TGP?

Other countries

Pakistan is evaluating an indigenously designed IRST technology demonstrator. The project was initiated in 1992 and initially tested in 1994. It is housed in a pod measuring 2.4 m long by 21 cm in diameter, weighing 80 kg, and displays images on a 3.5 kg display in the cockpit.

It was tested on the Mirage III. The system has a recorder for mission analysis. It was tested against aerial targets, with multi-target capability. It searches in a spiral pattern, 26 x 26, horizontal 9.6 x 100, and vertical 100 x 9.6, with the pilot choosing the search mode. The target tracking function is available and the modular design allows it to be carried on other platforms such as helicopters.

Pakistani IRST cocoon.

Seems like this was only tested against air targets.
