A bug report was passed to devs for otomatic getting more AP ammo, so we might see more AP rounds

No, the restriction was an acknowledged historical report that was actioned.
Nothing to do with balance.
Was there ever a bug report about it back when it was ahistorically limited? I’ve tried several times to find the bug report that limited the APFSDS but I haven’t been able to find it.
Nope, there wasn’t, iirc it received limit during dev-server without any reports.

yeah the otomatic should be at 10.7 and the 2s38 should be at 11.7

Ngl if the OTOMATIC gets its APFSDS limit raised to 38, its 11.3 BR would make sense (as long as the 2S38 is moved up to 11.3/11.7).

it does for the 2s38, you shoot a few times at a main gun to disable it and and it does jack shit only turns orange at most and you get destroyed.
I agree with that, thats why I belive fire and forget ag missles should never been added to the game.
